This place is discusting I’ve ordered twice via DoorDash and both times my food was burnt. Once I opened the bag you could smell the burnt food. I will never order from this place again. It should definitely be shut down This is supposed to be the stack

I can confidently say that Centereach Moe’s is hands down the best Moe’s I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in and hear the signature “Welcome to Moe’s!” you’re instantly greeted with friendly, upbeat energy. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect every single time.
The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is made exactly how you want it. Whether I’m getting a burrito, bowl, or stack everything comes out hot, and delicious. The restaurant is always clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable atmosphere to sit and enjoy your meal.

This was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had. I don’t know what’s worse, the burnt cheese or the pure laziness of whoever decided this was acceptable for an online order rather then making one over. All I tasted was burnt cheese and this sent me straight to the bathroom. Never eating here again

I brought a small group of developmentally disabled adults to Moe’s in Centereach for dinner. The staff were patient with them and helpful too . All of the food was good. There was a nice variety of drinks from the Coke Freestyle machine, plus a machine for iced tea, which I like.

One of the best places to get a burrito. Always fresh, always tasty. The beans are always made in giant pressure cookers. The queso there is 2nd to none. Love the complimentary salsa they always have.

Food is always good, the service is always amazing, and anytime I want an ingredient they run out of, they offer to cook some more up for me immediately. My only issue is the sign at the register telling customers to ONLY tip if service is amazing. Why would you do anything to deter people from tipping your staff?? That’s incredibly rude and makes me wonder how staff is being treated beyond that. Kind of sours the whole experience.

Moe’s as a whole is good. I really like this place The service is excellent and the food is fresh. The General Manager Iveth is very nice and very friendly. She always has a smile on her face and is very pleasant. She has served me quite a few times and has helped me with the Moe’s app and she is always the same. She is very patient. Yesterday I just so happened to find out she was the GM when I went to a man that I thought was the manager because I wanted to let him know that she was an excellent worker. Just so happened he was the regional manager and told me that she was the GM. She was back there working as hard as anyone but with a smile. She is an asset to this location and especially to Moe’s period.

On June 8th I went right back to Moe’s in Centereach and This time I interacted with a couple of more of the staff. Miguel who is the assistant manager served me. You would never know he was a manger because he works fast and hard just like everyone else. I didn’t know he was the assistant manger until I told the manage Ibeth that he very helpful and patient while I decided my order. He was very friendly I appreciate that. Then there was Ibeth who was in the back cooking. Huge smile on her face when she came out. She is always a pleasure. The cashier was a young man named Brandon and he was friendly as well. He patiently explained some things to me that I asked about. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Yes I was. Pleasant young man. There were 3 others there that have helped me in the past and I have to say they are ALL very professional, kind and patient. I dont really leave many reviews but since I am reviewing the other 3, I have to say thank you to Elizabeth, Mari and Ingrid as well. They all work just as hard as the next person. They smile and make you feel welcome . Especially the managers. This place is clean and well stocked. This is my Moe’s.

The last couple of times I’ve ordered a bowl from Uber eats through this restaurant. It got to my house and smelled like chemical. I couldn’t eat the bowl. I have gotten a bowl from different Moe‘s locations, (recently this location )many many many times… the first couple of times this happened With regards to the taste and that chemical tast, I thought it was me, so I didn’t say anything. This last bowl that I ordered three days ago I actually wrote an email to Uber eats I could not eat the bowl I had to throw it out. I’ve been very disappointed with this location not sure what happened or where the change happened, but I do hope that they can figure it out.
