Great pizza, stromboli ,wings,chicken fingers so far all the main dishes have been good place is pretty easy to access and close to campus. I would like to try the subs yet , maybe next time. We had take out the first time and it was great also.

UPDATE: I spoke with a manager of sorts about the unpleasant experience I had here recently. They were very accommodating, and apologetic for what happened. They ensured me that my complaints will be addressed immediately.
This kind of service goes a long way, I am greatly appreciative, thanks.
Disappointed at best, and offended at worst.
I ordered and paid online and picked it up in person. I stood there, the only person near the register, for 5-10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Thankfully, someone eventually noticed me and got my order together. It took them a bit, as they didnt seem to know what was going on and had trouble finding all of my food. Thanks to that guy though.
I get it home, and the breadsticks ($8) are practically uncooked. The inside was super doughy, you could’ve clumped it into a ball and shot hoops with it or something.
I also got a salad($12.74) and there’s a bunch of mystery fluid at the bottom, the whole container was literally dripping with mystery liquid. (Probably pickling juice from the peppers). Nevertheless, my salad was starting to wilt before I even opened it
The pizza($24.69) was mid at best, and I can’t tell if it has the Romano I ordered on it. $4 for a 2 liter seems excessive.
Props to their marketing department though, because the pictures and website make their food/service quality look way better than it really is.

First time in. It’s decent. I ordered a pizza to go. The server was nice; however, she handled money and then proceeded to make my pizza without washing her hands or using gloves. When I brought it to her attention her response was she was not allowed to go in the bathroom and wash her hands, “management’s policy” There is a visible sink in the cook prep area that also she was not allowed to wash her hands because it’s for rinsing out bottles. I did ask her to put on gloves, that were sitting right where the pizzas are made and she did comply. But overall it’s very unsanitary to touch money or anything without thoroughly washing your hands or using gloves and then prep food, disgusting! Where does the common sense reside??

I absolutely can not express how much I love this place!!!! I started going recently because of me and my friends study group we put together! The first time we went we experienced their power outage which ended up having us wait about an hour and a half, the workers although very stressed repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to still get us everything we ordered! I don’t know the name of the man who was working mainly counter but I LOVEEE HIM!!!! He made tonight coming in such a fun time!! He joked about what had happened the night of the power outage and overall made the experience amazing!! And may I add, the amount of meatballs on our pasta?!?! I LOVE IT!!!!!! I’m also so happy he got a kick out of it!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Ive only had the Vochelli rolls, both pepperoni and bacon/cheddar and they were excellent. Unfortunately the service is less than to be desired. Went in for breakfast a couple times and just stood in the store with no one around, could have cased the joint or helped myself to food behind the counter, several minutes went by with no one there. Even called out the one time. Lady at the register seems to do it all and picking up others slack I have to give her props shes a hard worker unfortunatelyshe wouldnt have to be if she had some steady support. Very helpful and friendly and made suggestions to save money. But the other people there are running a crap show. Witnessed one guy making food and eating loose bits of food off the counter while he was making the food, no gloves of hand washing, good thing most of their food runs through a blazing hot oven. Employees (except the one lady) just dissappear for minutes on end never to be seen again. If ypu need to send people out for deliveries fine then hire more people, that the way business works.

Dissapointing experience tonight.
I’m glad Vocelli is having business, but tonight ran into so serious problems.
*Communication about the time frame was inaccurate, with many of us told 5 to 15 minutes, which in reality turned into an hour or over an hour.
*An employer holding down the register would only say, “we are backed up.” When asked to inquire about my order, I saw her ask around but never came back to me. Later I saw, based by another’s actions the cashier was to take orders from the warmer and call them out as they were placed within, This original register holder not once did so. There were so many numbers in there far lower than mine, poor souls, pizzableft to die for lack of efforts.
High energy, friendly staff, scrumptious pizza, and great service.
We got the got the complimentary cheese pizza for the ‘Grand Opening’
Saucy and cheesy, fluffy crust perfect for dipping in sauces.
Menu has a huge variety to cover *Just about anyone’s dietary needs. Gluten-free crusts. cauliflower crusts to your classic pizza crusts. There are subs and salds, wings. pasta, tenders, and even desserts.

After taking some time to decide whether or not I should share my experience, I decided it was necessary.
I was really excited to try this new pizza shop in town, especially since they just opened yesterday. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni for dine in, expecting a decent combination of cheese and pepperoni, but when I got it, I was shocked to find that three slices were practically bare. Some had little to no cheese, and others had just a sparse sprinkle of cheese and pepperoni, making the pizza look incomplete and underwhelming. For a place that’s just starting out and is a franchise, I would have expected more care, focus, knowledge, and attention to detail, especially since it’s such a basic aspect of a pizza. It’s disappointing that the quality control wasn’t there from the start, and I hope they can improve quickly. However, at the moment, it is clear that the employees are more focused on messing around with friends than they are about doing their job. Therefore, i will definitely be sticking to my usual pizza joint in town.

This was my first time ever ordering from Vocelli Pizza. I am very satisfied with my order. The pizza arrived hot and was perfect. It was made just as I ordered it. The delivery driver was upbeat. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
