Got a sandwich to-go and got the “juices”. I proceeded to watch the employee absolutely waterboard the poor sandwich with the bottles of juices and so I had some suspicions of how the sandwich would look once home. Upon arriving home and opening the sandwich (20 min later), the bottom chunks of bread were no longer solid and instead were as-feared.

My fiance and I came here today. There were 6 people ahead of us. We waited 15 min for them to make 1 sandwich. There were 3 workers standing around, not doing anything. We decided to order online.
I got the Buffalo chicken wrap; 4/5 stars. Super yummy, just a little messy.
My fiance got the normal Philly sandwich: he said it was good but lacking peppers. He said for a $20 sandwich it should have been loaded up and it wasn’t. In the 2nd half of the sandwich there was literally 3 peppers.
This jersey mikes is a lot smaller than the one in Spokane and it was dark inside. Overall 4/5 stars.

My friend came over from Seattle and she has Celiac and a very serious case. They went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination and unlike other places were happy to do so. I personally had never been there but ordered my husband a sub as well and he LOVED it. We will be back for sure!

I will only ever give restaurants 5 stars because I know how hard it is to run a business and how crazy it can be during rush hours/lunch/dinner.
I love ordering your sandwiches for lunch, and that wont change based on one bad experience. I’m NOT here to hate on a business or their employees. Today I ordered online and every other time I’ve ordered it has been waiting for me.
Today you all dropped the ball. It was frustrating to have people who came in after me get their food first. I could see my sandwich just sitting their completed but with no one cutting and wrapping it because employees kept asking the people who were walking in what their name was and then prioritizing their order, finishing it, and handing it to them. (and I’m not talking about people who ordered before me. I could see her getting the ones from the printer when mine was already on the wall and prep work completed) I saw my completed sandwich sitting for over 5 minutes before finally saying something. I don’t like to be a complainer. But the system for the online orders could be more streamlined, or put someone that can work efficiently doing the cutting and wrapping of the online orders.

Ordered in person and very nice staff. Went above and beyond to make my experience with their sandwiches enjoyable. My wife had told me they have bowls but I couldn’t figure out how to order them on the app. The cashier was very helpful and showed me how to do it. this time around I had The Portobello mushroom cheesesteak… So good!!

Another trip out west where I can’t find a good sandwich. Until I happen to find myself in Yakima Washington we’re low and behold I found a Jersey Mike’s. Thank goodness. I can always count on the food being up to par with a good homemade sandwich. I can always trust that the staff is really nice. At this visit, I got to meet the manager, Chris and his lovely staff who helped us out expediently and deliciously. The restaurant was very clean and inviting and I highly recommend it if you’re on the road. Thanks all!
