I got the Buffalo chicken wrap; 4/5 stars. Super yummy, just a little messy.
My fiance got the normal Philly sandwich: he said it was good but lacking peppers. He said for a $20 sandwich it should have been loaded up and it wasn’t. In the 2nd half of the sandwich there was literally 3 peppers.
This jersey mikes is a lot smaller than the one in Spokane and it was dark inside. Overall 4/5 stars.
I love ordering your sandwiches for lunch, and that wont change based on one bad experience. I’m NOT here to hate on a business or their employees. Today I ordered online and every other time I’ve ordered it has been waiting for me.
Today you all dropped the ball. It was frustrating to have people who came in after me get their food first. I could see my sandwich just sitting their completed but with no one cutting and wrapping it because employees kept asking the people who were walking in what their name was and then prioritizing their order, finishing it, and handing it to them. (and I’m not talking about people who ordered before me. I could see her getting the ones from the printer when mine was already on the wall and prep work completed) I saw my completed sandwich sitting for over 5 minutes before finally saying something. I don’t like to be a complainer. But the system for the online orders could be more streamlined, or put someone that can work efficiently doing the cutting and wrapping of the online orders.
