But since I came to chat with a friend, we grabbed a seat near the entrance, where the cute, cozy décor really sets the mood. The big antique fireplace adds an extra layer of charm that I absolutely loved.
And the latte? So rich and nutty—truly exceptional!
The only downside was that I arrived a little too early, before their pastries like croissants and scones were ready, which was a bit disappointing.
Visited between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m.
The staff were so friendly and full of good vibes!
Visited a friend and casually stopped by this spot until it turned into a full 1hr long taste test for me – had to get 2 rounds of my signature cortado test and then a drip.
Really great espresso flavor if you like to taste some unique flavors and aromas – roaster knows what they are doing, highly recommend to any coffee critics like myself! This spot is definitely going on our coffee page
Cortado rating: 4.8/5 ⭐️
Deliver on that. We ordered two coffees (one of them decaf) and the last chocolate croissant. They made both coffees caffeinated , and didn’t give us the croissant right away , we didn’t understand why but figured they’re heating it up, so we waited. Then five mins later they gave it to another woman who was after us in line!! Completely forgetting our order.
They refunded us for the croissant only…. You’d think that a respected place would refund the entire order since they messed up two out of the three items and had no way to compensate for the mess since they didn’t have any other pastry left.
Not a good experience at all!
And there’re tons of fantastic coffee shops in Burlington so no need to come here again.
This place is ideal for work from a cafe, a date, meeting up friends, and more.
They roast their own beans, and provide a ton of details on their source and attributes of the beans.
If I lived closer it’d be one of my regular places!
The croissant – perfect, one the best we had here in the US
Coffee – very good. Small breve cappuccino, close perfect, the medium latte could have moved coffee.
