Never ask for customizations of anything at this McDonald’s. I asked for plain burger with Mac sauce. They gave me a burger with only ketchup. Sad that the workers don’t pay attention. We were already in a hurry so we weren’t able to go back. This is the third time this has happened sadly otherwise I wouldn’t have written this review.

This is the third time this month I’ve ordered food of the app only to arrive and the place be closed or people inside but not taking orders. Today I was there at 5:30. Website, app and everything says they open at 5. So why can’t I ever get my wife and I breakfast before she leave for work?

Wow! First time here and it was awful! The customer service is terrible, they forgot our drinks till we asked. Rosa working the night shift at 8:05pm was beyond rude. What a bad first impression! Just seems to match the quality of Taco Bell… bad quality and customer service.
Edit! Came back a second time… ordered a chicken sandwich… not even sure what I received… Burt chicken, no sauce… one pickle… what even is this? AWFUL!

To begin with, I go out of my way to skip the McDonalds in Springfield and go to this one. Springfield McDonalds food and service is so bad. The food at this site is good to excellent. The drive up service is OK until you get to the pickup window. When there seems to be a disagreement, they just work with the person until it is resolved. Unfortunately, this has led to me sitting 1-2 behind them. First time was over 10 minutes!! Second time was a 5 minute wait. They have a second pickup window but never have the person with the problem pull ahead.
Still, so much better than the Springfield McDonalds.

You do not have to pull forward. This location is only worried about pulling ppl forward.. then the lil Hispanic girl is so rude.. she made me take my money back if I didnt pull forward. They messed up not me.. then talked to their manager Anthony he said hed take care of me. His staff told me I was a liar and didnt talk to him but then said it was just for coffee so which was it.. then after being completely rude they still messed my food up.. worst McDonald’s around cause of customer service

I went to this McDonalds at around 9:00 p.m. and ordered three value menu sandwiches and two small fries. Simple right? When I got home there were no fries in the bag. So I go back to get the rest of my order and that’s what I got. No “sorry for your inconvenience” or anything. This is not the first time my order has been screwed up by this store. I think I’ll just drive the extra four miles to the next closest store if I have to have McDonald’s…which probably will not be anytime soon.
