Delicious and authentic tamales that the whole family loved. Each one had complex and rich flavor, with soft and satisfying texture. Really hit the spot. Also tried the pozole, which comes in a massive bowl with huge tender chunks of pork and a rich, flavorful broth.

Viviana’s is LEGIT. My husband and I visited on a trip to Ventura about 6 weeks ago and had tamales. They were the best I have ever had! Also, the staff behind the counter are super nice and welcoming. This is a must visit if you’re in Ventura!

Once again had the best tacos in Ventura here.
Viviana makes here tortillas fresh every day and it really shows.. they are incredible!
I had asada and pastor tacos while my wife had had the tamales…again, incredible.
I had Viviana make a mix of tamales for a work party 3 weeks ago…everyone raved about them and are now regulars.
The interior is small and has a couple of tables. She prefers cash.
