The brisket sandwich was just lovely! The meat melted in my mouth and the smokiness was just right! The brisket was a 5 star sandwich. My husband got a steak sandwich which was dry and the fries were not hot. Both of those items were 3’s. But the brisket was really a 5 1/2, hence the 4 star rating. Give it a try!

Found this place while stopping for gas in Underwood. About 5 minutes off I80 it is a MUST STOP! Everything was absolutely delicious, prices are great, and the atmosphere is exactly what I’d expect from a Bbq restaurant. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. STOP AT BOSS HOG IF YOU EVER CAN!
