Visited on a Saturday evening with my husband and 8 month old son. It wasn’t busy so we were seated right away with a high chair. Our server, Giovanny, brought chips and salsa, and was patient with my many questions. We got waters and 1/2 pitcher of Texas margarita to start and continued to look over the menu.
Our drinks arrived and we ordered on a bean and cheese kids quesadilla for our son, I got the 1/2 nacho fajitas with no meat, and my husband ordered a chicken chimichanga with a side of rice and beans.
Margarita was good and was just what I needed lol. Food came next and everything looked good. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

The barria tacos are the bomb!! The beef is good as well. The drinks could be stronger but overall you will not be disappointed

When this restaurant first opened, it was a great place to eat. It is transition through too many hands. Food does not have any flavor. Service is not good when you can’t speak to your server. Also could make more money selling an alcohol if the servers came around to check if you had finished your drink. I could not give this restaurant any stars. My best Recommendation is for this restaurant to close and reopen under new management with cooks that actually cook the food. Guacamole made on site. Chicken taste like canned chicken. Cheese dip is so thin can’t even taste the cheese. We should’ve took the first sign we got from this being a bad experience. The hostess did not know where to see us and had to ask somebody. The place was freaking empty.

Been twice in the past month, the food is really tasty and good size portions! The first visit, the service was quick and we had a pleasant waiter however on the second visit we had to ask for our waitress to order after waiting about 10 minutes. Still would go back if I’m in the area!

It is a beautiful place, and because of Halloween time, very nicely decorated too. Your kids will enjoy that extra touch.

The food that I ordered was really good. There were big portions and everything tasted well. The service was the only problem that I had. Our waitress took off & was nowhere to be found for so long that eventually my wife got up and asked the girl at the front if she had seen our waitress. When she finally came back to our table we got no explanation or sorry. The place wasn’t even busy so the whole thing was weird.

Viva Mexico is a very nice, Mexican, neighborhood restaurant. The Hostesses, Natalia and Rachelle are very welcoming and friendly towards all of the customers. When you walk into the restaurant they are prepared to take your order for take out or seat you for dining in. The Al Pastor Tacos are very tasty; especially when paired with a Jamaica (Hibiscus) drink. There is ample seating indoors and outdoors which makes it a plus. Prices are very reasonable as well. Nice place to bring your family on a Saturday afternoon.

The food was amazing! The salad that came with the Carne asada was fresh! Our waiter was not very knowledgeable about the drinks and he said we could not make substations? The strawberry margarita tasted more like strawberry lemonade with a strong taste of syrup. While the food tasted delicious their drinks are not good at all!

This is a special place for me, my fiancé and I went on our first date here and we now frequent it often!!! Great service, friendly staff, excellent salsa! We’ve had many dishes, our most recent was Paella Mexicana & Camarones al Chipotle, both were excellent and will definitely order again. And don’t miss out on a pitcher of margaritas either!
