Excellent food with large portions (we left with a to-go box because we couldn’t eat it all), fast and friendly service, and very clean! I love birria tacos and they aren’t on the printed menu but they do have them – just ask. They were the best I’ve ever eaten! I’d give Viva La Casita 3 more than 5 stars if I could!

Friendly fun loving atmosphere and a great staff!! There is table seating or a small bar area. A big screen TV is behind the bar area for game nights etc.

Great little place not far from Red Bay AL. Very clean, staff was friendly and efficient. The salsa was very mild. The bean /cheese dip was good. We ordered Hawaiian chicken, Burrito Supreme and beef taco. it was all fresh and tasty. Plenty for Togo bins. The Chardonnay wasn’t bad.

Not from the area but stopped in for a quick business lunch based on the recommendation of a local who was joining me. Plenty of parking was available and was seated immediately. Noticed local cops eating here too which was a good sign. Service was quick and attentive. Menu was diverse… more so than my local mom & pop Mexican joint. Food was good and appropriately priced for the area. 2 lunches with 2 sodas and a couple small add-ons… for under $25 is a very fair price. Only mark is for asking for extra sour cream on the side but it was dolloped on my enchiladas instead. Not a big deal.. and not a show stopper and I wouldn’t lower my rating over it. May be stopping in the area more frequently in the days ahead and would have no problem going back here for more meals.
