I had an older gentleman with me and he had no teeth and was chewing on food for 30 minutes prior to us shopping. I asked this subway for a water and even offered to pay for a water cup and was denied service. The lady raised her voice at me and was very nasty. If the man had chocked then that would be on her! I’m not sure what possessed this woman to be so rude to us but the Walmart employees told me she’s like this with all customers. THIS LADY needs a check! If the shoe was on the other foot then i would gladly let her purchase a water!
Considering the severity of that situation, she needs to Work elsewhere with that mentality and attitude towards customers coming in.

Then followed me to my car, out of the subway. This was very creepy.

0 Star – Worst Subway Experience

This was by far the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. The woman working there was extremely rude and aggressive. While I was waiting, she told me to sit down. I explained that I prefer to stand and stretch because I sit all day for work, but she still had an attitude about it.

When I asked about using a coupon, she rushed me away and wouldn’t let me get a clear answer, even though the coupon listed this location as participating. Instead of helping, she acted like I was a problem for asking simple questions.

Terrible customer service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and not how a business should treat customers. I won’t be returning.

While trying to use a coupon that Subway places in a flyer, was quickly told I was limited to only 2 sub choices and 3 toppings. This restriction was not what the printed coupon documented. I question the integrity of this store. It that wasn’t disturbing enough, the sandwich was very thin.

These place is terrible the are hidding the food I have always went and ear the same sandwich in all subway and got grilled chicken due to allergies and these man gave me rotisserie but since there kidding the Meat you can’t sew anything and he gave me the worse attitude and didn’t remake my sandwich or listened to me and ignore and left me hungry and is crazy how he has a job with customer service here’s a picture of the gentleman

I normally don’t rant about a restaurant unless it’s the worse service I’ve experienced. I’ve been to a ton of subways to eat lunch or dinner, and this one by far has been the WORST! It was at 5:57pm that I went to this Subway in Walmart in Suwanee, GA. It was a man that appeared Indian that was working. I bought 4 sandwiches, and each of them I literally had to tell him, can you please put extra of everything. This guy literally put 3-4 pieces of toppings on my sandwich on the 6” order. If you are looking for a decent sub sandwich I would highly recommend you avoiding this location at all costs. This is exactly how you run a business down! Attached is a picture just for proof.

The Subway location at 3245 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd, Suwanee is my go-to spot for a reliable, quick, and satisfying quick lunch. I have consistently had an excellent experience here, which is why I keep coming back.
What truly sets this location apart is the staff. They are always efficient, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, even during the busiest rush hour. It’s clear they take pride in their work; my sandwich (I usually get the All-American Club or the Subway Club) is always perfectly constructed, and they are generous with the toppings. Shoutout to the team for their positive attitudes—it really makes a difference!
The food quality is also top-notch. The bread is always fresh out of the oven, and the vegetables are crisp and well-stocked. They keep the prep area immaculate and organized, which adds to the trust I have in their commitment to freshness.
If you’re driving through Suwanee or looking for a spot near I-85 exit 111, this is the best Subway around. The combination of speed, quality ingredients, and stellar customer service makes it a solid five-star choice every time.

Total disappointment with subwey, they promise quality and when it comes to preparing they are afraid to place ingredients if they are going to do their job do it well the public does not deserve that bad quality years eating subwey and I had never eaten such a dry sandwich and with few ingredients I wish I had not eaten it I am sorry if I am a little rude but it bothers me the fact of wasting my money like this

This Subway location is excellent! The staff here are always welcoming, polite, and very efficient. My order is always prepared just the way I like it, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and service is quick even during busy hours. It really makes a difference when the team goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued. This has become my favorite Subway branch, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I don’t really know why would people give poor ratings, nevertheless I always keep coming back to this cool spot and I love it. They are friendly, specially Tanzeer and Navya. They make an extra effort to make sure that I am satisfied each time. I understand that the employees cannot be perfect and no matter how hard they keep trying, there are always going to be some people who are not gonna be pleased with you.
