Excellent quality and an amazing experience!
We ordered the Taco Tray Family Meal, and everything was absolutely delicious. All the taco ingredients were incredibly fresh — it honestly felt like a homemade meal. You can really taste the difference.
The sauces are made in-house from fresh ingredients as well, which makes this food much healthier than typical deep-fried fast food. Everything feels natural, clean, and thoughtfully prepared.
The portions are huge and very affordable! We were completely full and still had enough food to take home. One tray is easily enough for four people.
The service was outstanding — friendly, welcoming, and very informative. We were greeted with smiles and felt truly taken care of. The atmosphere is pleasant, with nice music that adds to the experience. Parking was easy to find.

Incredibly satisfying food and everything cooked to perfection. I wish they had a location in Columbia! Rotisserie chicken and tacu bowl were delicious. Chicha Morada was incredibly flavorful. The people working there are very friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy working there. Thank you!

Great value, food extremely fresh, delicious sauces, excellent service, spotless. I asked for a sample of their juices (aguas frescas). They all seemed equally delicious and the lady gladly poured me samples said they’re made in house! I will definitely be back. Ordered thr Lomo Saltado bowl and the 1/2 chicken. Steak perfectly cooked and seasoned. The cilantro rice was on the salty side and the tres leches was too sweet. I prefer my tres leches mildly sweet and creamy but happy to see it offered. Overall delighted. Customer for life!

Visiting SC from The Bahamas and this was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was really impressed. The food was flavorful. Shay who was super helpful and friendly, recommended the yuca and the sauces to add with my meal which was a bonus for me. That yuca with the sweet potatoe fries and chicken were all seasoned to perfection. Definitely ordering from here again!

This place has a classy vibe and the food was really good. The manager, Steve, gave us some of each of their house sauces and they were all amazing. The staff was very friendly and it took us longer to actually order our food than it took us to get it. The meals were good size, we got a good value. We plan to come back

Husband and I had dinner here last night and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Susan suggested the steak and fried rice and I’m so glad she did! I’m somewhat of a steak snob, so if it’s even remotely tough or not a good quality, I can’t eat it. The steak was soooo tender, and perfectly seasoned! The fried rice was amazing! My husband got the chicken and she suggested the fried rice for him as well. His chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy – he gobbled it up! He loved the fried rice too!!
We’ve been to Viva Chicken a couple times before and idk what’s going on the past couple of months, but the food has gotten even better!! Service is A+++ too! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful! We will definitely be back!

This location always nails it on customer service with a smile and excellent food quality. Always fresh. Always a smile at the register, a good recommendation, solid menu knowledge. I went in for takeout tonight twice and same “above and beyond” customer service from Nessa and the Manager both times. Both orders were complete (no missing sauces, everything prepared with special instructions as requested), both were quick and delicious. Dropped one of the meals off to friends who are new parents and they said everything was delicious! Highly recommend this location. Whatever the secret is on training and keeping excellent staff, serving fantastic food hot and fresh, they have it figured out. Thank you!
