Great new add to the neighborhood! Vibes feel very much like a trendy restaurant in Manhattan. Food was very good – eclectic menu, big portions, found it reasonably priced. We got the crab has brown, charred cabbage, cavatelli pork sugo, and stuffed gougeres. Chocolate peanut butter tartlet was out of this world – probably my favorite part! Only note is that it was quite loud so had to speak very loudly/shout to have conversation.
Definitely will be back, so excited to have another great spot in Hoboken!

My partner and I booked a reservation here for Valentines Day, and the service was amazing. They messed up on one of our orders but the way they checked in on us, and were genuinely assuring— it made the experience 5 stars. Our waiter was very kind and as well as the man in a suit who seemed to be a manager of sorts- he was amazing! We both had the burger and salmon and we could definitely see why the burger is so popular, it was one of the best I’ve ever had (and don’t get me started on the fries). The food was A+ but the service, was the best I’ve ever experienced. We felt very taken care of and did not mind at all that our order first came out wrong as the way they talked to us was extremely genuine and kind. To the hiring manager— you have an amazing staff and we are so excited to see this new restaurant pop off!!

Atmosphere and Vibes were spectacular. Nicely dim light via candles making the scene intimate and romantic, while the music playing was a perfect touch. Service was amazing and the food exceeded expectations. I plan to come by again soon.

I ate at the bar last night and loved it. The service was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. The cocktails were excellent and NYC quality. The food was delicious and some of the best in Hoboken right now. I had salmon and it was cooked perfectly. We shared cheese puffs and they were to die for. We loved every bite of our meal. The bar is beautiful. I am so exact this spot!

Excellent new restaurant in Hoboken! Bar scene is great – cool cocktails + great standards (Old Fashioned). Excellent menu albeit it relatively small on selections. I’ve been twice and have enjoyed everything I’ve had – Crab hash brown, steak tartare, salmon, and several desserts. Reservations a must. Enjoy!

Really wanted to love this place as a new dinner spot but $20 for a plate of “homemade” chips with slices of ham followed by a no thrills burger, was a waste. At least add on some dips/aiolis or garnishes.
Will be sticking to cocktails at the bar, along with their fries which were amazing.

We enjoyed our meal here! Definitely a lot of unique things on the menu so will be back to try more. We ordered the cavatelli (great sauce), the cabbage (interesting!), the hamachi, the chicken and the burger. Service was great, really attentive & atmosphere was good too. Music was good, not too loud. Looking forward to trying more menu items & coming back to sit at the bar next time.
