Everybody wants a nice hot pizza on a Friday night right? Well going to this location will NOT yield you the results you are wishing for. I ordered 41 dollars worth of food at 7:13 pm, had a wait for carryout mind you, until 8:20 pm. Whew, they must be busy, no problem i wait patiently. Living 2 minutes down the road I leave at 8:15. Get home pizza is cold, decrepit and honestly not worth the wait or money. I call, very politely I say hey I know you guys are busy but we have to make this one right.. gm is nasty and will not take any accountability he says what do you want me to do i said id like warm food he acts like a im causing a problem. As a long term vitos customer i will not be coming again… and I suggest no one does.

If we lived around here this would 1000% be our go to pizza place. Everything was beyond delicious. We got a Mac and cheese pizza, a pizza with extra cheese and stuffed crust, cheesy bread and a specialized veggie sub. Not one single complaint! And the worker was very friendly!

I was getting my birthday pizza from Vito’s(get the text alerts) and this location was friendly, accommodating, and really pleasant to deal with. It was a Sunday evening and they were picking up the slack from the S. Detroit/Airport location(which is who I usually order from). I waited inside from the pizza and observed their customer service. If I was in their delivery area, I would order from this location every time. The attentiveness to each regular customer that came in was specific to that customer, and they knew them by name when they came in. That’s the type of pizza shop I would operate if I were able to have a shop. That reason alone is why I will come back here for carryout again, and I hate going into restaurant if they have delivery.

I was initially just upset about the delivery driver calling us to go to his car on the street for us to get our food, when the driveway and walkway were both freshly shoveled, but everything tastes like it was made with old dough. It’s musty tasting and even worse today.

They sent me a text for a free specialty pizza for my birthday – NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. I ordered a Works pizza, just had to show my ID & the text, and picked up my free pizza. It was delicious, and the staff there was super friendly.

My order was messed uo on last evening by their gm . I ordered a 12 ‘inch sub and the gm was on ego trip and did not want to acknowledge she messed up on my order My sub was soggy wrong meat hamburger instead of steak.. Finally after spending almost hour she agreed no lie to $8.99 store credit then when I called next day to place an order she did not noted it and switched uo the entire conversation. This was so frustrating especially from soneone supposed to be oif her status in leadership. When held her accountable for the $8.99 store credit, she then hung uo un the phone while trying explain to her.. How professional. I will never choose to do business again at Heathersdown Very unethical of her not keep her word not to mention not very prifessional. I hope tis stire records their conversatiins in the phone to hear how she lies . Bad business! Needless to say I did not get my store credit as promised
I contacted the Reynolds corporate store spoke to a Turtle who took down my complaint and information. I wait to hear from their district manager this should be very interesting for him or her to hear how Hesthersdown location handles store complaints. Not accintable st all for messed up orders I see. Do better!
