Took over 30 minutes in drive thru, upon receiving the food you’d expect it to be warm ready food, Nope it was all cold. Also a worker put the ice scoop under his bare arm and against his body before using it.

Had amazing service at this Burger King! We just got 2 whoppers then the worker to believe to be the manger gave my daughter 2 cookies and a mixed icee and a crown! We really appreciate it you going out of your way for us!!

Didn’t even get food. The app was being useless and the bearded man behind the counter didn’t know how to help, which is fine, but he wasn’t even nice about it. Not even a sliver of customer service. Not even sure why I bothered but I’m not going back after that

I have to give HUGE props to this Burger King team! I came in on a very unusual mission—trying to get as many Rock Lee toys (#3 out of 8 in the Naruto kids’ meal set) as they would allow me to buy, all for a charity project. Not only did they handle my oddball request with patience and kindness, they did it with smiles and genuine good humor.

The staff didn’t roll their eyes or rush me—they worked with me to get as many as possible within store policy, and even cheered me on when I explained it was for a good cause. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it made my day (and hopefully a lot of kids’ days too).

To the team at this Burger King: thank you for going above and beyond. You didn’t just serve food—you helped make something special happen. You’ve officially earned your spot as my favorite BK!

It was a sad day. I stopped in to eat, drive thru had 8 cars in line, there were 6 people waiting for their orders. And what i could see were 3 employees doing there best. Congratulations to those 3 individuals

Place is so dirty. It smelt awful and was super dirty. All they did is throw down a wet floor sign and leave the mess. It took longer for food than other burger kings. The workers are crabby and seem to hate their job that they dont really do anyway. Overall really awful experience.

Me and my girlfriend woke up and decided we wanted some BK breakfast and load up the app, it tells us that breakfast is served until 11A.M so we place our order around 10:40 and arrive at 10:50 only to be told that they no longer serve breakfast and that it ends at 10:30. I say “that’s weird because I was here about a week ago and got breakfast at the exact same time as now” which I did only to be told again that it ends at 10:30 and they cannot give us our food and to go on the app to submit a refund. So I went onto the app and followed all their instructions on how to refund the food but there is simply no refund option keep in mind I am no longer at Burger King whilst doing this so I had to turn around and drive back to go inside and ask how to do a refund and the worker was just baffled and confused on how to do the refund and tells us she doesn’t know and to come back at 12 when the manager arrives. I leave very frustrated and annoyed, when I arrive back at 12 to speak the manager he tells me that he cannot do anything for me as their own app is considered a 3rd party payment and that he cannot give me a refund and to submit a ticket to Burger King to receive a support email so he did it for me on my phone and basically shoos me out of the building. It’s been 2 days now I have not received any sort of refund or food for my purchase which is kinda f’ed up considering they let you go onto the app and order the food and pay for the food but not give the food to you. Terrible service and communication. I would’ve at the very least liked to receive some type of coupon or gift card for the same $$ equivalent of food that I ordered but no nothing. This establishment quite literally stole our money and refused to give anything back after I complained.

Ok, I worked at a Burger King a long time ago in HS and had lost interest in the food (you can only smell and eat so much of a certain before it takes time to be “ready” again) but finally decided to try the spicy crispy chicken. I don’t normally eat fast food on lunch but had errands to run so why not. I should not have. Upgraded to a medium, line was slow, ended up having to go back to work to eat because of that. Sat at my desk with good expectations to open my sandwich to a piece of chicken surrounded by bun. Two pickles stacked on top of each other and sauce squirted on top. Bigger disappointment than the size of the chicken breast was it wasn’t good at all. Pulled my fries out, 19…..19 French fries in a medium upgrade. Awful, sorry. Only getting 2 stars because the lady at the window apologized for the wait and was very nice. I have been in the gas station accompanied to this location and have heard the managers yelling and berating the employees. Something needs to be done with this location. Sorry
