First time ordering, and it was a great experience. I ordered the family meal, and the portion sizes are plentiful, with the price being very fair. The food is delicious, and the presentation was perfect. It was packed exceptionally well and arrived in perfect shape, which is rare these days. They definitely care about the customer experience, which is another rarity since COVID/inflation. I will be ordering again soon.

The Blonde, middle age lady at the Cash register is totally unprofessional. She has a nasty attitude every single day. Very rude I asked a simple question of a price difference between a pepperoni pizza and a regular cheese pizza and she gives me a stink, face and attitude I didn’t even answer. She just looked at me like I was a stupid idiot for asking the price difference. This was totally disrespectful and if you want to get disrespected come to this pizza shop if not stay the hell away from this pizza shop. This lady is horrible.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude and nasty will never go back there again !!!! So I stopped in on my way to work order a slice and cheese steak she did not have change for a 100 bucks so she told me to go next store to get change … so I did as I came back to pay I asked her nicely if the cheese steak was not cooking If not I didn’t want it … she said it is my friend !!! So as I was eating my slice of pizza I watch the cook come out the back and put it on the grill to start cooking so I asked her if that was mine she said yes … so I told her I didn’t want it .. I don’t have time to wait like I said when I came back from getting change .. she got super nasty yelling and cursing and then thru the money at me !!!! What great customer service!!!!!… I will never go back due to the awful nasty lady at the counter.. and I’ve been there several times …

Definitely will be coming back here, pizza was great and service was fantastic!! Paolo made sure me and my girl felt at home and attended to and was really nice to the kids we brought along with us! Try the penne vodka pizza it’s really good and if you need a car wash they have a joint car wash & pizza business! They serve pizza among other things like breakfast and icecream for as low as 3 & 4 dollars! Hidden gem for sure, thank you Paolo and everyone at Vito’s!!!

I have gone here several times to buy food and have infact done so several times a week. About 2 years ago, I had reported that I notice there Cook Alex was touching food with his bare hands, as opposed to using his gloves. He grabbed cut a bagel for me, sliced it with his bare hands , then elected to put on gloves. Sorry that is not the Department of Health Rule. I can only imagine what happens when my orders were called in. Ive seen him in yhe oast wifmoe down ghe counter with a greasy rag ans ghen go touch peoples food. Seeing that he already exposed my food to his hands this is an ongoing unsanitary practice.He then approached me at the counter in a very aggressive manner, obviously being offended bye my reporting to the managment. DO NOT EAT HERE! THEY ARE EXPOSING THE COMMUNITY to

Third time ordering here. (Veggie pie with extra cheese) Now my go to spot! I rode past this place many times and thought, “CARWASH AND PIZZA⁉️NOPE.” I was so wrong. Fresh ingredients and the pizza looked as beautiful and it tasted. The hostess even brung my pizza to the car because I had my little one with me. She also offered him a brownie. I think he was more interested in the garlic knots that breezed past us. Definitely try them out!
