All items are made in non-cross contact kitchens designed to accommodate guests with food allergies and preferences. Comparatively this Vitality Bowl location is a notch below other locations (same chain). Main reason is the quality of in-season fruit, it is not as fresh or tasty. Service was ok, prices were better than other locations, plenty of parking, a bit out of the way to get to. 3rd time around, service was much better.

I’m shop at Mainstream Boutique (directly across from Vitality Bowls) and stop in and get a smoothie. The smoothies are good, the service is good, and the atmosphere is good. I haven’t had a chance to sit in and eat. I like that the service is quick and I have a healthy alternative to a soda.

Pretty neat space. Went here on a Friday afternoon around 3:30pm? It’s pretty spacious, the layout used to be Bee&Tea.
It was my first visit here. The menu is a bit overwhelming so we opted for the cashier’s recommendation or most popular. We got the Dragon Smoothie which had flavours like Mango, Dragon Fruit(of course), Guava Juice etc. it wasn’t too sweet, so it was perfect. You can also ask to remove certain fruits/ingredients to your liking which was helpful.
If you’re in the area and want to chill with friends and what not, this is the place to do it. Especially in the hot summer days.
I’ll have to update this review if I head back in in. But so far, from environment to smoothies, gotta say it was worth the detour.

I love Vitality Bowls. I come here very often with my mom. The Nutty Bowl is my favorite. The cafe is very clean. I love their setup. The team members are very nice and helpful. I love the atmosphere. The bowls are so healthy, and I am so glad they have so many options for ingredients we can add onto our bowl. The store manager, David, was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this cafe to anybody.

I seldom write a review but I would say that my experience warranted a review to demystify the hype with this cafe. Picture says a thousand words, but if just a few words, my 6 year old niece could’ve made a better sandwich. I actually went back to the store to ask for a refund based on principle, and was told because I didn’t have the sandwich in hand and waited an hour to come back, they would not return my six dollars. They must need it more than me given what kind of product they sell and business that conduct. The staff was semi friendly, but the girls at the counter could definitely use some manners.

The Power panini with Chicken was good ( small) so glad I also got a Med Vitality Bowl. Fruit was good, but the acai base was a little lacking in taste.
Young girl at counter seems shy and not as customer helpful. Another young employee help me to upgrade my Small bowl to Med . And adjusted the A/C when asked ( it was hot inside) ! Thumbs up!
Overall I like and will come back !
