All items are made in non-cross contact kitchens designed to accommodate guests with food allergies and preferences. Been here twice, got a power protein shake, a matcha madness shake, and the vitality wrap. Food is really good and ingredients are super fresh! Also really affordable. A smoothie for under $10?! In this economy?! You better Werq.

My association with “Vitality bowls” was like healthy food. and the cafe in the Newark location just disappointed me in all aspects. I made an order for 200 dollars an hour and a half in advance. In the order I chose gluten free wraps, added grilled chicken and avocado to all 6 wraps. but, having arrived on time for the order, I waited plus 25 minutes. My order was not ready, they finished it in front of me. The eggs were cooked in the microwave, the tortillas were completely raw, the chicken was boiled and without avocado. There were very few ingredients and everything stuck together as it turned out, because the tortilla was raw. Earlier I always took morning glory wrap in Fremont and there I fell in love with this cuisine.
But here in Newark there is complete chaos in terms of cooking, punctuality. the level of cooks is low! I strongly advise against wasting time and money on this place.

The main products are the bowls and they ain’t right. The Acai is flavored one is a blend of some sort, and the cacao flavored one does not taste like cacao but just Hershey’s chocolate syrup. When mixed together the hersheys overpowers the Acai. If I wanted that I’d just gone to Safeway. Also if you want >3 toppings you gotta pay extra.
When using actual cacao flavor, not this syrupy glob, the slight bitterness mixes really well with the Acai flavor. Been to multiple places in Irvine, where cost of living is the same, and they’re able to get it right, w/ almost unlimited toppings, same price, w/ a 3.5in height bowl for medium vs this place w/ a 2in bowl for a medium.
I’ve still yet to find a decent Acai place in the Bay Area.

Visited this location during our trip to Ca. The menu has a wide variety of meal items to choose from. The food was prepared with high quality nutritional ingredients and was surprisingly filling and delicious! Our entire family enjoyed it so much that we had to stop by the next day for a nutritious breakfast. Would recommend for both breakfast and any time meal during the day. The friendly staff and smooth service added more to the overall experience.

The staff was polite, and quickly got our order to us even while being busy. The actual açaí bowl was well served and taste really good.
The only downside is the condition of the outside (parking lot, shopping center). It feels outdated, dirty and overall sketchy. This is somewhat outside of their control but it is a negative for me.
