First Time, So beautiful the store was amazing service 10/10,Food 10/10 I love the chopped cheese VERY ON POINT.
Second Time, I got Lamb and Chicken combo over rice omg y’all so good and reminds me of Time Square Halal Guys in New York!!! But It took longer then usual but I didn’t mind because it was a busy Saturday, But the cashier made up for it and gave me a junior little fella But other then that, I Love this place THANK YOU FOR OPENING UP

Love NY Bites! I had the chopped cheese, and let me just say—wow. The flavor was incredible and easily one of the best I’ve had. There was a bit of a wait, but it was totally worth it. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The ambience was also really pleasant, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I had really high hopes for this place — From day one, this place has consistently disappointed. I’ve tried giving it multiple chances over the past few months, hoping it would improve. But every time I leave thinking, “This is the last time.” And after today, it definitely is. I ordered two BASIC bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches — they took over 20 minutes to make (5 customers in store including myself) .and the bacon was basically burnt to a crisp. The food lacks any of that classic “New York deli” feel — it’s bland, impersonal, and feels like it was cooked without care.
Aside from the low quality egg sandwiches, the whole ordering system makes no sense. The place is huge and you have to crowd around the front door just to place your order, which creates chaos. Why not let people order, browse drinks/snacks, then pay after the food is ready — like every other deli does? I would’ve added a drink and maybe some chips, but the setup made it too annoying. I will say the place looks great from the outside and is very clean inside, but it has zero atmosphere (also. It honestly feels more like a doctor’s office waiting room than a neighborhood deli. So much wasted potential and space. They could improve if they were to focus on the customers standing in the store, not just the DoorDash/online orders as well. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait forever while its clear online orders get prioritized. This place is all style, no substance, 3 employees. No personality that a NY deli should have.

I ordered a chop cheese twice. The first time it was delicious. This time it was burnt and dry. Im from the Bronx so to charge 15.00 for a chop cheese it had better taste good all the time. NY doesn’t even charge this much.

Went today for the first time! I was completely in love! I ordered a Chicken cutlet and it was the best one I’ve tried so far. Congratulations on the opening!! All people have to do is BE PATIENT as it’s a new store and they’re just opening and they’re just adjusting. Sandwiches are fire and this is exactly what we needed here in Stamford!!

What you get is completely different from the menu. This was supposed to be the “firecracker” chicken sandwich that should have grilled chicken, chipotle mayo, pepper jack cheese, and avocado on a brioche bun. They gave me sliced deli chicken meat, no chipotle mayo, and it’s not even on a brioche bun. There is little to no meat even in it, and a smear of avocado. I actually cannot believe they advertise it as grilled chicken when it is sliced deli meat. They also take the phone off of the hook during lunch time so that you can’t call ahead and pick up, but have to order there and wait. Staff was unfriendly and they really need to work on a better ordering system and correct what’s going on with their menu and what they’re actually giving customers.

This is exactly what we needed. They have sandwich’s, juices and smoothies at all times which is great when you live nearby. Sev is so great and everyone there is so helpful.
I would recommend the chopper cheese and the Philly cheesesteak. Also the juice there is amazing and always the right fix for a healthy snack.

This was exactly what downtown Stamford needed and they completely delivered! It’s their first week of business so obviously working through a few kinks like others have mentioned but even just our second time going things have mostly smoothed out in terms of ordering and wait time. This is my new spot for weekly quick meal within walking distance, highly recommend.
