This place is awesome and so glad we have one in Rockwall/Heath area. The service and staff are great and food is delicious- I personally love the Nutty Açaí Bowl and the Chimichurri steak wrap, but they also have a big menu with wide variety of other options which is also a plus. The place itself is very cozy and lots of comfortable seating options for dining, studying or reading a book.
But the biggest perk of all for me is that it is very kid friendly! As a stay at home mom of two under 10, it’s hard to find places to eat or cafes that have a play area where my kids can be safely occupied and entertained while I enjoy a meal and catch up up with other moms.

I have visited this place several times. I love their food but what keeps me coming back is the excellent service that Curtis consistently provides! His excellent customer service and knowledge is second to none. I started my weight loss journey and wanted to start eating health. I was referred to this location and upon my first visit I had the opportunity to meet Curtis. His warm personality and willingness to go above and beyond with explaining the benefits of each option has given me hope and excitement about my journey. I look forward to my Saturday visits because I get to try new items that Curtis recommends, and let me tell you he has never lead me wrong! If Curtis ever leaves, I will find another location in hopes of finding someone with his qualities and personality. Thanks Curtis you are truly a rare jewel!!!! I’m down 9 pounds!!

Simply wonderful! I called ahead and ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup. I got the chicken power paining and added hummus. Truly delicious sandwich. It has roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, and greens on a telera roll. It was delicious, still crunchy when I got home with great flavors. My husband got the chimichuri steak wrap, which he really enjoyed. I also had a very refreshing rehydrator juice. All the ingredients are super fresh, the food is carefully prepared, and they have a lot of organic ingredients. The food took a bit of time, but it was well worth the wait. I’ll make this a regular stop!

Love love this place. I really love that have a play area for my kids to enjoy and they love coming here as well. Heather is always a joy to speak to and I love her bubbly personality and helpful nature. She always has great suggestions for me to try and answers any questions I may have. Didn’t realize this location is now open! Checked it out today, got a smoothie bowl to go and it’s so good and fresh ingredients. Love that we have a Vitality Bowls on this side of town, for the longest it was a treat if only out in Dallas or Frisco. The ambiance is much more cozy than to other vitality bowl locations I’ve been to and wouldn’t mind eating there. Now that we have this nearby, I will try out some of their other menu offerings in the future (salads, sandwiches). Service was awesome and pleasant, I had a few modifications and they made it easy to accommodate. Definitely recommend!

Love this place! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I have tried the steak wrap, Heaven smoothie ( my go to) and açaí bowl and all were amazing. The smoothies are especially tasty and better than nearby spots. Do not forget to grab the app for rewards. So glad they are open! Definitely a repeat daily customer!! I will sit down and relax one day here instead of takeout. Such a cool vibe!

I didn’t grow up knowing healthy food options. Eating here 2 weeks has made my body feel amazing and I can’t wait to see the weight loss that will come with this dedication.
