The food looks decent but the food was disgusting off rip from one bite. the waffles resemble a funnel cake taste a little which personally to me wasnt giving & the chicken was flavorless. Definitely not worth the price at all , probably better off cooking eggo waffles at home. Then im seeing all these reviews about roaches & the owner getting upset & defensive Lol at this point DO yall got roaches? nevertheless wouldn’t recommend, should’ve went to waffle house Lol.

Love this! All the food is amazing and so convenient, with a lot to choose from. This is not fast food but well worth the wait. Even that’s not a problem since you can just order ahead. Never had a problem showing up when they say the food is ready.

Horrible customer service. Got off of work extremely hungry. I needed help ordering on their complicated kiosk. Asked for help twice and they just ignored me. I guess they were ready to go home. Shouldn’t be open late if you don’t want work late. Food was probably trash anyways.

Unrealistic wait times. When you order online, it will give you an estimated wait time which is an hour, but they will tell you 5-10 minutes which ends up in you waiting around another 45 minutes. It is also expensive for such bad service.

I work for Uber eats and I purposely took my time to get there and when I got there the initial waiting time was 5 mins okay lol no pressure I arrived back in da building like 8 mins on purpose once again only for them to tell me 2 more mins which turned out to be another 10 mins so idk if they just don’t care cause they do move like turtles in the back I purposely watched them the 2nd time and yeah they don’t have a sense of urgency about themselves glad I got to see this before I ever wasted my Money don’t go here and waste your time and money people cause they don’t care and from I’m reading I’m like the 5th person saying the same thing.
