The aroma of fresh bagels when you walk in. Fast, friendly and delicious! Lots of space to sit and relax. Morning news quietly on TV while you wait, but rarely much if a wait:). The hazelnut coffee is so good. I’ll choose them over Starbucks any day!

I’m writing this to hopefully help because I love the food here and am a longtime local who has seen this place stay open through COVID and want it to succeed. The standards for cleanliness need to be better. I think it was unfortunate timing when I came in because the tables were dirty, floors had trash (wrappers and used napkins on it), no music playing, half & half was empty when I went to fill my coffee and I’m concerned with how often the coffee pots are even cleaned out after looking around. Looking behind the counter, there were crumbs on every food prep surface. The guy running the counter was eating his lunch on his phone at a table and then running behind the counter to put in an order without washing his hands properly(about 3 seconds). He sadly had little to no customer service skills, no greeting, smile, eye contact, please or thank you’s. My bagels were made to order and delicious but the chef brought it out to me without me having a number or any system to make sure I was receiving the correct order. Again I want to see this staple succeed here for years to come. After I ate, the guy running the counter swept and wiped down tables with Windex which isnt food safe.

Great lox bagel sandwich! One of the only spots in town that has salt bagels too, yum I met the owner while I was in there too, was a great human! All the staff has been great, clean restaurant and fast dependable service!

Went for breakfast. Ordered a omelette burrito and a sausage and egg bagel sandwich. The order took some time but it was made to order so I didn’t mind since I knew it was fresh. The burrito was really good and I would definitely get again.

I stopped by on the way to work, I got a salsa wrap (salsa egg burrito) and it tasted extremely good!
The staff was kind and they cook the food fresh to order. Expect about 10$ per person and they did have drip coffee available. Will definitely stop by again soon

I can’t speak to service or atmosphere as I haven’t been in, but I’ve now ordered from this place a couple of times while my kitchen is out of commission.
The food routinely causes the whole house to fall silent while we just enjoy some breakfast. It’s not complicated or greasy or weirdly gimmicky. It is a collection of solid, no-nonsense sandwiches on incredibly respectable bagels. Sometimes you just want to eat.

Upon entering, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged by any staff member. The male employee at the register was particularly discourteous, displaying unprofessional behavior and a clear lack of basic customer service etiquette. If he does not enjoy working in this environment, it may be in everyone’s best interest for him to consider alternative employment. Based on this experience, I do not intend to return.
