Rude staff, over cook the pizza and they don’t read what pizzas to make. I ordered a pizza with normal pizza sauce and they coated it in cheese sauce.

The pizza we ordered for take out was completely soaked with oil and super greasy. The dough soaked all the oil. The crust was soggy and dripping of oil when I had a bite and it was super salty. We didn’t eat it and threw it away. Wasn’t expecting a lot for a pizza from Little Caesar but this was disgusting.

The food is good. The staff do things in a haphazard way. The toppings often seem to be just thrown on the pizzas in clumps. On more than one occassion, the pizzas are just thrown carelessly into the boxes. On one occasion I ordered online, when I picked my order up one of the items was out of stock. When I asked for a refund for the out of stock item, the manager told me they weren’t capable because I used the Little Caesars app. I’ve been trying for a very longtime, because they tend to cut the pizzas unevenly to get them to not eat the pizza at all (it’s an option in the app) it’s always cut regardless. I don’t know if these are problems at all of the locations in town, but the service at this particular location consistently is bad. If I didn’t like the pizzas so much I would steer clear.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. The wrong pizzas were delivered and no one at the store was able to help. They kept saying they were transferring me to the manager and then I would be on hold for 10 min and no one would answer. I called back…same thing.

I never got my order! I ordered delivery and requested that the order be handed to me! I never got my order, never got a phone call and in my email it says it was handed to me. This makes them a LIAR! When I requested a refund, my email states that I am only getting an 80 percent refund for getting the order late! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced! I went there to place an order and nobody came to the front to take my order or acknowledged that I was there. I waited for 7 minutes before I called the store while I was inside at the desk and NOBODY answered the phone instead I watched the girl with the orange bucket hat and her friends laugh and continue talking to each other and ignore it. When I left the store the employee with the orange bucket hat and her friends came out the back of the store with 4 friends to meet their friends in the parking lot in a white ford car to smoke weed out in the open parking lot. I don’t care if they smoke weed but have some decent customer service by taking care of your customers while your store is still open. I would NOT recommend this place to my friends or family.

I entered the wrong address for my order and only realized it on the receipt. I spent the next 45 min on three different dropped phone calls trying to get a hold of literally anyone there to tell them I needed to cancel the order before you made the pizza or switch the location. Glad I hadn’t been actually trying to order a pizza via phone. Leaving this review cuz there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact you.
