I had a wonderful experience! The samosas were delicious and the pastry was flakey and buttery and the tamarind sauce is house made and soooo good. I also got the butter chicken and veggie curry. I had plenty of leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch. The garlic naan was everything you’d want in a naan, soft yet crisp. I ended the night with rasmalai which was sweet and nutty. The service excellent. The restaurant has a very calm and cozy atmosphere. You can tell they care about the customer experience and want to make sure everyone enjoys their food.

The best Indian food in Cleveland is right here in Lakewood! Vintage India, we love you! The restaurant is small and the decor is simple, but what they lack in space they more than make up for in taste. The food is fresh, delicious, and intensely flavorful. My current favorite is the malai kofta, but my family has loved literally every dish we’ve ordered here over the years. Thank you Ram and family for this gem of a restaurant!

Great food. Spicy is on a scale of 1 to 10. I wa t with an 8 and my lips still feel the heat, but it was not too much. I had the following and posted pics of the same :
Mango Lassi
Samosa
Lamb Vidaloo
Bullet Naan (spicy naan)
I wanted saffron rice, but it would have been charged as a other dish…. so I will try it next time!

Massive amounts of cheap toxic canola oil used in nearly every dish. They should use ghee which would be healthy and authentic but they choose to go cheap, contributing to chronic disease.

The food was delicious!
The paneer was succulent!
The owners were incredibly sweet and friendly!
They make incredible food and deserve your business ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The portions are great for the price, you can get 2-3 meals out of a single take out dish if you plan it right.
I can’t wait to eat here again when it’s take out night ❤️❤️

If this is what Indian cuisine is supposed to be, I owe my stomach an apology and my tastebuds trauma counseling. Avoid like it’s the last meal at a sketchy buffet. One of the worst restaurants in my lifetime I ever visited. And the gratuity was 18% for 4 people and I really was confused listening to that who charges gratuity just for 4 people. Gratuity has to be charged when there are group of 6 or more than that i really don’t know with what concept the owner is trying to fool. On the whole it was really a bad experience but we can just visit the place if someone wants really good pictures. Just for snaps is fine.

Loved it! The server was very helpful with suggestions on what to get and what kind of spice level we should start with. We started out with the appetizer Chicken 65, which was basically popcorn chicken. It came with two sauces – one sweet and one spicy. Then we shared two entrees, as well, and got two kinds of Naan – the Chicken Curry and Chicken Korma, and the Garlic Naan and Bullet Naan. The server suggested a spice level of 3, which seemed low but turned out to be perfect! I’m not a huge spice guy, but my friend is, and she seemed pretty content with the level. The curry came with rice, as well. All in all, a spicy, delicious, and rather oily meal. Definitely recommend!

The decor may be simple, but the flavors of the food are rich and complex. There are several Indian and Nepalese restaurants in the general area, but this one is my favorite. You cancontrol the heat level, so no need to fear. And portions are generous, so you’ll have leftovers the next day.

If it’s your first time here and you are even remotely sensitive to heat levels order LOW! I got a 4 level out of 10 and couldn’t eat my meal. Drank the entire pitcher of water – which we know only makes it worse! I ate ALL the rice and finally the guy brought me some yogurt to cool my mouth as he informed me that ‘4’ is very spicy! Flavor is good – quality of food good – just watch the spice level your first visit!!! We came back again – I ordered a 1 spice level – it was still spicy – seemed like a4 or 5 anywhere else….
