Had an amazing experience Tamara was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
We ordered the Shrimp scampi dip for an appetizer, I live 5 hours away and would go back just to try it again!
For an entree I had the Seafood ravioli along with my Raspberry drop martini, that even came with bubbles. I also tried the Casian Chicken Alfredo, fantastic. Andoullie sausage was my favorite part.
Absolutely loved the, hand painted, booth we were seated in too. Beautiful.
A wonderful experience all around, I will be coming back soon.

Was seated quickly even though we knew it would be a wait. I had bigger hopes for the meal. Maybe should have stuck to pasta. Steak was overcooked and cold when it arrived. Same for the lobster and potatoes served together. Steak had no flavor. Chilean sea bass was great. I’d order without the bacon it over powered the chowder. Salad was soggy and house dressing wasn’t great. Same for the bread sticks. We came to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary.

I’ve been here 3 times and everything is great. The pork chop is delicious, as is the arancini, the tortellini and the ribeye, shown here. They serve salad and bread sticks with the meal, which adds to the value. The place is fairly quiet, allowing for conversation without yelling at each other.

This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

We were told there was a 35-minute wait for a table, but that the bar was available immediately, so we sat there instead. The bartender, Destiny, took our order and offered us a salad. I specifically asked if it cost extra and was told no. Fine.

The salads came out for us and the couple next to us — but somehow every single person at the bar received breadsticks except us. We were just completely skipped.

I tried to get the attention of a tall blonde waiter who was standing two feet away. I said “excuse me” and waved my hand. She clearly heard and saw me and chose to ignore me. No confusion. No excuse.

I had to ask Destiny for breadsticks, and she had to tell the same waiter — the one who ignored us — to get them. When the waiter finally did, she refused to make eye contact and wouldn’t even hand them to us directly. Instead, she awkwardly handed them to the bartender to pass along, like we were a problem she didn’t want to deal with.

And this photo is the bread we were given. Dirty, barely warm breadstick while everyone else had full baskets. After being ignored, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience, this felt intentional.

To make it worse, we weren’t checked on for over 20 minutes, while the couple next to us received their food before us, despite ordering after we did.

When our food finally came out, I asked the woman who brought it if we could get to-go boxes. She said I had to ask the bartender — apparently grabbing boxes was too much effort. When we finally got them, there was no silverware included.

The entire experience felt hostile, lazy, and unprofessional. No communication. No accountability. Just blatant favoritism and indifference.

If you value basic respect, timely service, or even being acknowledged as a customer, do not eat here. There are far better options at Winstar that won’t make you feel invisible.

3/10/24 update. New chef, food was bland and chicken leathery. Salad was old, we enjoyed the risotto balls but couldn’t taste any parm cheese only mozzarella. Service was great and she welcomed our criticism and said kitchen is working on improving. We’ll give them a few months before returning. Very disappointed.
(2023) 4 star. Really impressed as we expected very little from a casino restaurant. It takes the best aspects from chains like Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory but bad it for an intimate atmosphere. I believe Shay was our waitress, Really nice and helpful. Everyone was really attentive for Saturday night when it was busy everywhere at 8pm.
Breadsticks were flavorful and good chew, not stale in the slightest or oily. Salad was great with a light dressing.
The only negatives we brought up was it being heavy on the salt.
We sent the fried calamari back as it was too salty, we didn’t request a replacement as it was close to our entree coming. Even our entree was a bit salty, but it was great with the other herbs, fresh sage was especially delicious.
We plan to go back and hope the heavy salt was unusual. Prices were also reasonable.

This location was fine, it basically felt like a rebranded olive garden. The food was fairly priced for being in a casino, the portions were large, and the included breadsticks and salad were a nice touch. Likely won’t be going back any time soon but it got the job done in the moment.

My wife and I love coming here when we go to Winstar. However we heard yesterday you are changing the menu and taking away the salad and breadsticks with an entree. Please don’t do that. We look forward to the salad so much. It was told to us that you didn’t like being compared to Olive Garden. Please don’t make me go back to Olive Garden just for salad. If it’s is just a money grab to keep all the prices up and then charge for it please just say that. We don’t want to stop coming in.

We came in only for a snack to hold us until dinner. We ended up having the best gluten-free flatbread pizza which included a salad. Service was friendly and attentive, Mo was our waitress, she is very nice and helpful. The food was more than enough and very tasty. I will drive the hour back just to eat here again.

We went there for a birthday dinner. We arrived around 350ish and there was no one in sight until closer to 4. Once they arrived we were seated immediately and greeted. The service was good as well. Our drink orders were taken and we were brought salad and ordered appetizers and drinks but for some reason the bread never made it to the table until our food arrived. The salad, breadsticks, calamari and my zucchini was delicious. I ordered the mango margarita and it tasted syrupy. Next time I’ll stick to wine. They did bring the birthday person a free dessert and sung happy birthday with us. Overall service and food was good minus the margarita. Place was warm and wasn’t crowded at all. I would try this place again. They also didn’t add gratuity for our large party.

Update. Been back several times. Always delicious and service if great. This trip I had the shrimp fetacini alfredo with salad and breadsticks. Outstanding!!!!

One of my favorite restaurants inside Winstar. Their salad is better than Olive Garden. Everything on the menu is good.
