We ordered the Shrimp scampi dip for an appetizer, I live 5 hours away and would go back just to try it again!
For an entree I had the Seafood ravioli along with my Raspberry drop martini, that even came with bubbles. I also tried the Casian Chicken Alfredo, fantastic. Andoullie sausage was my favorite part.
Absolutely loved the, hand painted, booth we were seated in too. Beautiful.
A wonderful experience all around, I will be coming back soon.
We were told there was a 35-minute wait for a table, but that the bar was available immediately, so we sat there instead. The bartender, Destiny, took our order and offered us a salad. I specifically asked if it cost extra and was told no. Fine.
The salads came out for us and the couple next to us — but somehow every single person at the bar received breadsticks except us. We were just completely skipped.
I tried to get the attention of a tall blonde waiter who was standing two feet away. I said “excuse me” and waved my hand. She clearly heard and saw me and chose to ignore me. No confusion. No excuse.
I had to ask Destiny for breadsticks, and she had to tell the same waiter — the one who ignored us — to get them. When the waiter finally did, she refused to make eye contact and wouldn’t even hand them to us directly. Instead, she awkwardly handed them to the bartender to pass along, like we were a problem she didn’t want to deal with.
And this photo is the bread we were given. Dirty, barely warm breadstick while everyone else had full baskets. After being ignored, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience, this felt intentional.
To make it worse, we weren’t checked on for over 20 minutes, while the couple next to us received their food before us, despite ordering after we did.
When our food finally came out, I asked the woman who brought it if we could get to-go boxes. She said I had to ask the bartender — apparently grabbing boxes was too much effort. When we finally got them, there was no silverware included.
The entire experience felt hostile, lazy, and unprofessional. No communication. No accountability. Just blatant favoritism and indifference.
If you value basic respect, timely service, or even being acknowledged as a customer, do not eat here. There are far better options at Winstar that won’t make you feel invisible.
(2023) 4 star. Really impressed as we expected very little from a casino restaurant. It takes the best aspects from chains like Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory but bad it for an intimate atmosphere. I believe Shay was our waitress, Really nice and helpful. Everyone was really attentive for Saturday night when it was busy everywhere at 8pm.
Breadsticks were flavorful and good chew, not stale in the slightest or oily. Salad was great with a light dressing.
The only negatives we brought up was it being heavy on the salt.
We sent the fried calamari back as it was too salty, we didn’t request a replacement as it was close to our entree coming. Even our entree was a bit salty, but it was great with the other herbs, fresh sage was especially delicious.
We plan to go back and hope the heavy salt was unusual. Prices were also reasonable.
One of my favorite restaurants inside Winstar. Their salad is better than Olive Garden. Everything on the menu is good.
