When I heard that you could get seriously good empanadas at a rando gas station in Rohnert Park, I laughed – you got to be kidding me. Well, I stand corrected – the hype about Vinoma Tapas Argentinas is real…these are seriously good empanadas. When I received the box of empanadas, I thought “okay, these are tiny”, but DANG these are frickin’ good. The crust is light and flaky, the fillings are delightful, and the service is fantastic. Because the interior restaurant is closed, everything must be taken to go. You can order the empanadas online so they’re ready when you arrive, or if you happen to arrive there without ordering, there is someone who will open the door and take the order for you – it only takes about 15 minutes for them to heat up the empanadas so they’re ready to eat. There are a lot of flavors to choose from, so come hungry – you’ll want to try them all!

Can’t believe I finally got to hit this place on a road trip up from SF to Fort Bragg! This place was on the list of top places to go in the bay area and it did not disappoint.

Great place for delicious small treats. The atmosphere could use a upgrade but this place is really meant for take out. The owners are super friendly and helpful, the empanadas are amazing . They’ve got sweet and savory to choose from, as well as drink.

Great presentation. Each box comes with a flower. The empanadas were great! They were flaky and the flavor was worth the drive from San Jose. Would recommend ordering online ahead of time since they usually have a big line.

I heard about Vinoma and was in the area on a few road trips but couldn’t make it work so I was excited on this trip to be able to stop and give them a try.

Wonderful little family run Tappas restaurant, currently dine in isn’t an option due to covid restrictions but they have a beautiful restaurant with ample seating indoors. Simple menu with great dishes. My favorites were the Steak and Cheese, Spicy Beef, and the little apple pie and blueberry tarts are incredible. My husband and I ate here several times while we visited the area and always were given a warm welcome and quick service. They top the experience off with homegrown and dried flowers which are so beautiful. I’ve actually kept all of the flowers we received and made a beautiful decoration of them.

This was my first time trying Argentinian tapas, and I have fallen in love with them. They are so good and there are so many to try. They have meat and vegan options. The only problem is they’re closed 90% of the week. They’re closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. What kind of business is closed on those days?

Best empanadas I’ve ever had. My fiance’s favorite was the ground beef, mine were the ham & cheese and the plum and bacon. Great pastry, worth the money and the young guy who took our order was sweet and very helpful.

This place is awesome! I heard about this from our local news outlet and had to come try it. I was very impressed with the quality and variety of tapas available. The al-pastor with the sauces and grilled pineapple is my favorite. And even if you’re not a dessert person, you have to try the blueberry, it’s out of this world good!
