Not sure what the negative is about, this place is great!. Had a great salsbury steak w excellent brown gravy and great seasoned green beans. Gumbo was good as well but they do need to blacken their oysters before adding them to the gumbo imo. Chkn fry was frozen but was large and great. We’re obviously in a casino. Top 5 hamburger/Salisbury steaks and brown gravy I’ve ever had.

Terrible! I would give it 0 stars if I could! The employees were all grouchy…the food was horrible! The onion rings (strings) would have been good IF they had been hot. They were brought to the table not even luke warm. The rest of the meal wasn’t worth eating (or drinking). The tea was like sewer water .. we added sugar, lemon, everything… Nothing helped it. All three of us ordered different entrees and it was ALL bad. We ate almost nothing & left.. we stopped by McDonald’s and grabbed a burger so we would have SOMETHING to eat before going back to our hotel. First time I’ve EVER left a restaurant after paying for a meal and had to go somewhere else and pay for another because the food was too nasty to eat at the first place!

Ordered a catfish dinner. They were small pieces more than likely cut from one filet. Not bad just small. The roll was stale and cold.

My husband and I went to this restaurant and the entire experience was great. The server refilled our drinks several times and stopped by the table to check on us until we left. The food was great too. The guys in the kitchen were true professionals who knew what they were doing. Good sized portions, the food was correct, flavorful and was delivered super fast. My only issue was the seafood gumbo – it was very good but a little salty. I can’t wait to go back again. Truly a delightful experience.

I have never had mashed potatoes that tasted that bad. It was worse than instant potatoes. The side of corn and the roll were the only things that tasted good. The “catfish” was not real catfish. I used to like going there on a girl’s night out but sadly I won’t be recommending my friends. This is my first ever negative review. I hope the owner makes positive changes.

The service is always horrible. If you ask for any condiments that aren’t on the table, you are met with a attitude. I asked for a plastic spoon to feed my baby mashed potatoes and the waitress become upset and never brought it. I had to ask the guy who was bussing the tables and he got it right away.
Food has been cold the last three times I went so that was surely my last time. I guess ‘if’ I return again the steakhouse is the only option since the buffet closes early!
The same waitress mentioned about is also the person handing out the drinks. She is just mean and rude.
And don’t get me started on the fact you have to pick up your own drink and walk back over for a refill.

The set up they have is ridiculous, you have to know what you want to eat before going dine in. And condiments are packets, and if you want dessert and didn’t order before entering, you have to leave your table, leave out and go stand in line to order dessert for a table your already eating at. It doesn’t take a genius to understand that business model is ridiculous to put it nicely. The food was good though, but the set up needs addressing quick, last time I doing that. Leave the restaurant to order dessert lol who though that was smart ??

I would like to give it more stars because my pork chop red beans with rice was delicious however my son ordered the fried crawfish tails and did not get them until after all of us had eaten . We had to ask about his food at least 3 times minimum. When we got our check they had double charged for them and the waitress acted like we had ordered them twice when we hadn’t. Probably because they were so clueless and paid no attention to our needs. The manager only offered to take a few dollars off of my sons meal

The food was good and usually is, but the service always sucks. We waited to be seated because the hostess was talking to a waitress about nothing important. No refills were offered and our waitress disappeared after giving us the check.
