This is just a lovely little wine chop with such a charming atmosphere.
Probably the best part of visiting this place is talking with the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable about winemaking, quality, and flavor, and they always take the time to guide us in the right direction. Every recommendation they’ve made has led us to wines we’ve thoroughly enjoyed. I’ve never been to a wine shop where the staff is so genuinely enthusiastic about providing excellent service.
They also have a beautiful wine bar where you can sample different wines, and the atmosphere is simply lovely. It honestly feels like stepping into a little corner of Italy. A true gem and such a pleasure to visit every time.
I am thankful to have such a lovely place right in my community.

VinoType is a true hidden gem! We try to make it every Friday for the tasting flight, and the wines are always thoughtfully curated. The elevated bar menu is delicious, and the weekly food specials are almost always a home run. The staff’s wine knowledge is impressive, and you’re guaranteed to discover something new with each visit.

This is a hidden gem when it comes to finding wines especially local ones. I was on the search to find local wines to showcase to out of town guests and not only did they have local ones but they even had ones from Geauga county. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and I definitely will come back to drink some wine. You can drink wine here and I believe get some small plates. This is well worth the visit and it’s very easy to get in and out of with excellent parking

I wish I had known what this place was like sooner! I’ve lived in the area for about five years and really had no idea. We went there for a biscuit pop up breakfast and were surprised to find that it is not just a wine shop but also has an awesome little dining area in the store! Everyone was super friendly and the biscuits were yummy. We were hoping to be able to go back for one of the happy hours or wine dinners!

Went here tonight for the first time with a group of friends. Atmosphere was relaxing, our waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable on wine selection, and the food was top notch. I prefer supporting local businesses, especially those that are producing a great product like this one. Will be back.
