Wine & cheese shop with a relaxed upstairs bistro & patio pairing small plates with its vintages.

We saw a Facebook post that they were offering a limited time prime rib, so we made a reservation to give it a try. Unfortunately we were too late and missed out on the prime rib, but we were told they were going to do it again soon. So, we came up with a plan B. We started with the meatballs, which were absolutely amazing. They had great flavor and were large enough to share. Then I went with the cesar salad and the lasagna. Cesar Salad isn’t anything to write home about, but this one was really good. The lettuce was crisp and crutons were crunchy. Everything about the salad just tasted fresh. Then came the lasagna. This is by far the best lasagna I have ever had. It was so flavorful and the way lasagna is supposed to be, cheesy, a full of meat. The portion was a large size as well, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I really enjoyed the garlic bread as well, as it was not your typical “texas toast” with some garlic on it. Everything was really thought out. We did not have any wine with our lunch, but they had an expansive wine menu with something for everyone. We will definetely be back, and we are looking forward to trying their prime rib, when it makes a return.

Very seldom do I say “WOW” about a restaurant…that being said, “Wow!” This was a first time visit for the wife and I and we enjoyed every minute! Such a quaint, elegant place: the staff was amazing! Friendly, and courteous with a lot of energy! The food was absolutely delicious and moderately priced! Everything we ordered seemed to be made with the best of ingredients and didn’t leave you with that “overfilled” feeling. I ordered the Alfredo and spinach manicotti while she opted for the lobster and shrimp Mac and cheese: both an absolute win! Plenty of appetizer options, salads and the chocolate cake is indulgent! If you are looking for a date night place this is it! This is our new date night choice for sure!

The food was okay, I thought the lasagna was a little bland, like it was missing something. I’ll have to try their pizza next time. The wine was excellent though. I started with their seasonal sangria, which was a strawberry lime. And then followed that with their white peach sangria, which was dangerously delicious.

Every time we come here, it’s an incredible experience. The food is insanely delicious (big shout-out to the Shrimp & Lobster Mac’n’Cheese and the Goat Cheese Praline Cheesecake), the workers are wonderful, and the atmosphere is cozy. One of the best spots in all of Greenwood. ✨

We went to the newly reopened Vino Villa for lunch recently. It has been a favorite of my mom’s for a long time because she absolutely loves their bruschetta. We normally all get the lasagna but they had some other items that sounded amazing. I got the stuffed manicotti with spinach Alfredo, it was sooo good, very creamy and I think I actually like it more than the lasagna. My son had the salmon and seafood ravioli, and he killed it and said ‘bussin’ enough to assume he enjoyed it. For dessert my mom had the carrot cake, it is easily the best carrot cake I have had but.. they have a goat cheese cheesecake that I just can’t say no to. My son had the Irish cream chocolate cake which he also enjoyed, just said the icing was VERY sweet.
This is a place my family has always enjoyed, and I am so glad they have reopened, if you enjoyed them before the burst pipes know they are back and still great, and if you haven’t eaten there before you should definitely check them out. Prices are good for the amount of food served and we have never had bad service there.

Randomly found this restaurant by driving by, had the lasagna and the 7 layer dip appetizer. The lasagna was delicious, had tons of flavor and came with two garlic bread pieces. Also, the portion size was very generous, no complaints there. I sat indoors upstairs to get an idea of the environment, that wasn’t as pleasant as I had hoped. I had forgotten the building used to be a house, so I was sat in what may have been a bedroom. Seating was a little tight and had an unconformable feeling of being close to other guests. However I do enjoy these types of setting when done properly. One thing I would mention, the menu has little to offer for an Itialian restaurant, it appears the idea is to be a place to enjoy a nice glass or two of win and enjoy the company of others. This was visually apparent by the dedicated room next to the entryway filled with racks and racks of wine. Overall, I’ll return and sit outdoors next time, maybe a better experience will be had.

Went for a big work group dinner. The service was amazing, atmosphere was unique as it’s in a house and was slightly difficult to find at night. I heard the lasagna here was good but unfortunately I got the pizza which was just quite average, nothing special. Our server, a younger girl was absolutely amazing tho!

Everything was very pleasant at Vino Villa. It is set in an older home, and there are three small dining rooms in upstairs bedrooms. The star of the meal was our bruschetta, but all the plates very enjoyable.
There is also a wine shop on the ground level and a wine bar on the third floor!

For them to claim to be Italian resturant. They didn’t have many food choices in pastas , and the food is a bit blend, and the cake was so hard and dry . When I first saw it, it looked amazing, but the bite of a hard cake was not pleasant. Our waitress was very forgetful when putting in our meals . The atmosphere was a beautiful area to dine and wine that was a positive.
