Superbowl Sunday, my wife and I tried giving Vinny’s Buffalo Wings one more chance… we were shocked, from bad experience last time to shockingly horrible! I always do same order, Buffalo Wings, mild extra well done! Last time we ordered two dozen, and they came under done and just a pile of flats with wing tips!!! I did not complain… but this time, they came under done AGAIN and they were tiny, like (baby chick small) and again were not well done as I asked for and made sure she responded back because I told her about the last experience and she never apologized and just made excuses!!! And she was clearly moody and not professional or polite even a little bit!!! I am from New York and we are not even that impolite or rude… and I am always kind to staff at a restaurant because they are preparing your food… so after this, we will never be going back to Vinny’s and for the owner, please do not respond back because it won’t work!!! I am livid with how I was treated and drove all the way there and spent THIRTY DOLLARS for wings that were tiny tiny, under done AGAIN and was treated like an inconvenience more than a paying customer that was very polite and thanked them… unbelievable!!!! We were looking for authentic pizza. We didn’t want Pizza Hut ect. This pizza did not disappoint. We got the Crowley and a pepperoni pizza. Both were cheesy and amazing!

My husband and I came here one day because our other pizza place was closed.
We were pleasantly surprised! So when you walk in you just order at the counter if it’s to go or dine in, which is convienant.
We got a large half cheese half pepperoni, and garlic cheese knots.
The garlic cheese knots were pretty good. The sauce it came with was very flavorful and everyrhing was seasoned well.
Pizza arrived shortly after..
The pizza is delicious, the sauce flavor is on point. I just wish they baked the pizza a few minutes longer, the bottom of the crust was a bit under done. It was perfect for reheating at home though.
Do not judge this place on delivery alone. They use doordash and doordash is terrible. Just go eat there or pick up to go.

I was very excited to try this restaurant but ended up being very disappointed. We are from New York and love trying to find the best pizza down here. But sadly, this is not it. We ordered the Buffalo and upside Sicilian. The Buffalo was pretty good. But the Sicilian was a soggy mess. It wasn’t cooked and it felt like you were biting into a cake, not cooked at all. We had to put it back and cook again in the oven. This is NOT how you make a Sicilian pizza.

Vinnys is probably the most underrated pizza in the Charleston area, and the only pizza joint I will mention in the same breath as Sabatino’s (which has been the golden standard of pizza in CHS for decades). Staff is always friendly, and they offer incredible value with the quality and amount of food relative to what you’re paying. Vinny needs to open a shop on the peninsula; he would kill it out there!

I order from Vinnys all the time really like their pizza’s. Yesterday I ordered a simple 16in cheese pizza and 6 chicken wings. By the time it was all said and done with tips service fees and mind u the 7.99 delivery fee i ended paying about 44.00 just for a 17.99 cheese pizza. I live about 4 minutes from restaurant so am not that far. When pizza arrived it was cold and nasty so either driver made other stops, or took forever to get to the store and my order had been sitting their. The cheese was not even melted right just was not their usual cheese pizza and its upsetting cause how much i paid and we ended up throwing it out so not sure what their issues were but not sure about going back

Love eating at this pizzeria ! Really enjoy the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and wings. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. The staff is always friendly and helpful and know me by name. Isabella always remembers my order. It feels like family and good food every time I’m there .

We haven eaten at this restaurant 3 times. The first 2 times we were very pleased with the food and service. Our third time wasn’t as memorable. We originally loved the sauce but the third time just seemed like tomato sauce warmed up. The meatball sub went from 3 whole meatballs to 3 half meatballs on the third visit. The calzone ordered did not have any banana peppers on the first half of the calzone. Very little pepperoni but heavy handed on the green peppers. The green peppers were the only thing you could taste along with cheese and feta that was ordered. This is in no way to disrespect the overall food of the restaurant. It may have been just one bad visit, however we would like management to know so they are able to make changes that may be needed.

Used to order their Pizza several times a month, and it was always awesome. Truly was on par with NY pizza. Lately, something has changed, and I cannot stand it anymore. Crust is no longer crispy, it is thicker than it used to be, and the flavor is not there like before. Too bad, I will not be doing pizza there anymore.

Be aware! do not order delivery from this place as they use 3rd party services that do not care about your food. My family made a large order for delivery. Tracking the food, it spent 50 minutes in the delivery persons vehicle and arrived cold. Had to reheat it. Food was decent though. Take the time to pick it up.
