All Customers Ba Aware!!! You won’t get a SINGLE Napkin with Your Order when you get your food when brought to your table by Carl’s Jr associate. Neither does the Customer get napkin’s when his/their order is to go! Furthermore the drive thru order of WHOM pulled away got napkin’s so yep he walked in for napkin’s.

I went through the drive through because i have a bad knee and didnt want to walk in. i ordered a double western cheeseburger with extra sauce.After driving off i checked my burger and it was almost totally dry. Had to get out of my car limp in the restaurant and get a side of sauce. Very inconvenient.

Everything went well food was great, fast and service was great. Until I asked how much did he charge me for a cup of ice water. “A couple of dollars”. Nope. Receipt shows $3.39 plus tax. So after I received my food, I said I don’t want to pay $3 for a cup of ice water. Can I get a refund? “No we don’t do refunds “.

On July 16, 2025 at 12:40 PM I brought my kids here for lunch. We had gone to Jack-in-the-box first but they wanted us to order with a stupid kiosk so we left and came here.
I really appreciate that I can still order in person here.
