Stumbled on this when my company did a happy hour at the brewery. The menu is straight forward, and ordering on the kiosk was super easy.

The chicken was perfect all around. Juicy, crispy, and the sauce (I did the hot honey) was delicious. I also got the fried okra on the side, with ranch. The okra was crispy and the batter had great flavor. I also got a side of Mac and cheese and it was creamy and had great flavor as well.

Overall 10/10. Also good to note that I got it for carry out, and I had to wait about 20-30 minutes to eat it when I got home and it was still hot and crispy. Will be back!

Ok folks here it is the New Chicken Co on Vine.
Food was fresh and good crispy chicken with a variety of rubs,or spices on your chicken to order. I was surprised at the prices were very reasonable. I’m close to this so you just might see me there.

This place is over hyped for sure. I had very high expectations going in. We went in on a Saturday evening around 6:45pm. There were a lot of cars out front but the chicken restaurant side was not packed at all, maybe 10 people waiting for their orders. We placed our order for 4 meals via the touchscreen and waited…and waited. A full 35 minutes later, we recieved our food which was missing items such as the bottled waters we ordered at $1.25 each for about 6 ounces…baby bottles and our sauces. After 35 minutes of waiting, non of our food was hot. How can that be? What were we waiting so long for. I wanted to order the Mac and cheese which was on their board menu but not listed on their touchscreen menu. My fried okra was not only not hot but cold. Everyone hates cold okra, come on man! We ordered multiple orders of chicken, wings, and fingers with fries. The crinkle cut fries advertised as seasoned were barley seasoned and also cold. I hate cold fries. The chicken was tasty. We had the hot honey, the bourbon pear, the lemon pepper wet and the urban spice. The urban spice tasted season less. The lemon pepper tasted good for KC. I am from Atlanta, so I know my lemon pepper wings and these were great flavor for the Midwest. The bourbon peach I would say is meh, but the hot honey was tasty. I just wish the temperature was hotter. Also, this really is a to go restaurant and that is not clear until you walk in and notice there are not any tables to sit at. I may return to give them another shot as I don’t like to write off a business if they just had an off night, but my first impression was not what I expected at all, especially for the more than $70 spent for chicken. I really want Vine to do well as we need good places with atmosphere, but they also need to deliver.

I’m not going to take away any stars because it is very likely that I just caught them at the wrong time or somebody misunderstood the instructions. I placed an order online through toast tab and there was an option for curbside pick up. The site site my order would be ready at 6:51pm and to click the link when I arrived. I got there at 6:50 clicked the link and waited at the door. After 10 minutes, no one came out so I tried to call the restaurant, no answer. At 7:08, I went inside and told the young man I had a curbside order and he said, “Here it is”. He was very polite. I took my order and got to my car and my food was cold except the okra. The fried pickles and jalapenos tasted like they have been fried in old grease or double dipped in grease. I’m going to assume that my food was cooked fresh and that it’s sitting for 20 minutes is why it was cold. It wasn’t busy so I really don’t understand the mix up on the curbside pickup, but maybe they had had a long day.

This is a new company and I don’t want to affect the ratings giving it a 1 star review, but want to be honest and constructive at the same time.

6 stars ****** Wow! This place has great chicken and fries and the vibe is off the charts! Grab some dinner on Wednesday night before 9pm and then walk through the hallway to hear amazing live legit jazz next door. And a shout out the Elijah for the amazing service tonight – because of him, we’ll be back many Wednesday nights!
