I am a very loyal Starbucks drinker .. everyday. Though I usually don’t come to this location I was traveling for work today. I have to give praise where needed. It was very busy today. Did a mobile order & though it was a 15-20 minute wait I was a little annoyed until I walked in & met Jewel while waiting for my drink. SHE NEEDS TO BE APPRECIATED! She was rocking & rolling making all the drinks by herself.. still greeting people as they walked in & was even keeping everyone waiting up on who’s drink she was currently working on vs. who was next. She actually looked as she enjoyed what she did and was extremely pleasant still in a busy stressful time.

This place is a joke! , I’ve never had to call the corporate number on any business before. You will get whatever milk is sitting on the counter. Order oat milk? you’ll get skim milk. Order whole milk, you’ll get 2%. If you don’t like me calling you out on making my $7 drink wrong, then maybe just make it right the first time. I legit drive 20 minutes to the one in Blackwood now and always have cash to tip them because they are always smiling, my order is always right, food is always hot, the whole nine yards. THE STARBUCKS IN MY HOMETOWN IS 10x BUSIER AND RAN BY 60 YEAR OLDS AND MAKES THIS PLACE LOOK LIKE SHAMEFUL.

STARBUCKS YOU NEED A CORP REP AT THIS PLACE ASAP.

Not sure what happened but the hot coffee is insanely bitter – impossible to drink. The second time in the span of 2 weeks I ordered a Cortado and it was extremely bitter. It used to be great before. Whatever you changed – pls bring back normal tasting hot coffee.

i’m not sure what has happened to this location, but it’s really bad now. idk if it’s different management or employees, but waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order is a little ridiculous. the drive thru is always backed up, i’ve waited 35 minutes one time and you had people going over the curb cause they were fed up with waiting. i frequent this starbucks A LOT and it used to be so good, so you might want to look into what changed.

I can’t believe that for a STARBUCKS…they could do so badly on a simple SANDWICH. Completely unacceptable. I got a bacon egg and gouda sandwich..as I am eating the sandwich I think to myself..where’s the bacon??? I take the top bread piece off..and I see the bacon is not even COOKED. The Starbucks workers simply just put RAW bacon in my sandwich. Thank god I looked in the sandwich!!! I could have gotten sick or even worse. I don’t know a single food place that doesn’t not cook their bacon!! This is completely unacceptable and very unsafe. I wonder how many customers they are doing this to… PLEASE FIX THIS STARBUCKS I COULD HAVE GOTTEN VERY SICK

This Starbucks cannot seem to figure out how to make a drink with a modification to the recipe. Our usual Starbucks in marlton makes the drink perfect every time and this one adds entirely too much cream. I ordered a coffee not a glass of milk. Upon asking for an extra shot to be added due to it being sub par they remade a new drink but the new drink had even more cream than the original drink. Seems to be on purpose with crappy customer service. If you go here simply don’t modify your drink and maybe they will make it correctly.

Whoever prepares the matcha lattes on Saturdays really needs additional training. The matcha is never mixed thoroughly and always has clumps of matcha powder left behind, which makes the drink taste very bitter. I usually avoid this Starbucks on Saturdays for that reason, but I was in a rush today and gave it another chance

I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and tried to modify my order when I got to the window and Cassidy wouldn’t let me do that. I literally wanted to add an espresso shot to my order and she said no. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Cassidy has no customer service. Maybe she should find a job where she doesn’t have to serve people.
