I get my 7 piece Fried flats Chicken here. I like the way theirs are cooked. I buy the same once a month as a treat to myself and have never been sick or had bad chicken and the wife is friendly. The husband is starting to speak so that shows he’s recognizing me as a regular customer

Menu is mostly fried seafood but it’s really good fried seafood. Crawfish are also available and they’re good too. Vince’s has been here for years so they’re doing it right. Really like the food here. Popcorn Shrimp is a really large order so you will be full afterwards.

Food is good but the service/customer service was HORRIBLE on this last visit. It’s NEVER been like that before.
We placed our order before we got in to Bridge City, Texas. Thinking that would be ample time as I told the young lady that I could be at their establishment in 15-20 mins. She said that was fine and that our food should be ready by the time we get to Port Arthur. We get there and there is little acknowledgement, food wasn’t ready, and the young man at the window was SUPER RUDE (him and the young lady was more interested in getting on their cell phones instead of helping us). All of this lead to disagreements and a demand for returned payment. We expressed our concerns to the manager/owner…HE ACTED as if he wasn’t too concerned with the way the employees handled us as customers. We wound up keeping our food, but not too sure about EVER going back. Very disappointed with Vince’s Seafood’s professionalism and customer service.

First off wanted grilled. They say they don’t grill anything. Well they use too!
Ordered 6 shrimp and 6 oysters combo. Get home which is maybe 4 minutes away. Food was still hot. But shrimp was butterflied (didn’t ask for butterflied). They must of flattened the butterfly with a meat tenderizer; with the crust lucky if it was 1/4 inch thick. Bite I to and it was like rubber. The oysters had a funny taste and the shape was like a cocoon and very hard.

What can I say about Vince’s Seafood except, “ALWAYS A PLEASURE !!”. Good food is the order of the day … Pricing is on target and reasonable … Food is hot and ready to enjoy in minutes.
I’m really glad that the restaurant is only 4 blocks from the house. When doing a no-go order, the food is hot when I get back home.
Staff, here, is super friendly and I always feel welcome !!!

I hate to give a low rating. The young girl in the window is nice, the food is good, but the popcorn shrimp keep getting smaller and smaller, almost to the point it’s basically nothing but crust and they didn’t have tarter sauce, you can’t run out of tarter sauce when you are a seafood restaurant………… PLEASE FIX THIS
