Stopped to charge our EV and grab a bite to eat.
Clean. Great customer service and good pizza. I was pleasantly surprised for a Dominoes place. As we ate, I observed the employees cleaning, staying busy and making orders. Great to witness hard work ethic since seems to have disappeared.
I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere bc it seemed like the AC wasn’t working well and really warm inside.

I went in to pick up my pizza on Sunday afternoon and every employee was completely baked and slow to respond to questions. When I went to pay for my order I could small weed coming from the back.

One of the worst dominos I’ve ever dealt with. Madison is extremely rude and unhelpful. Just go to Pizza One or something instead. When I ordered about a month ago, my pizza was delivered extremely burnt and Madison argued with me and said that “it’s supposed to be like that” and argued with me about getting a replacement delivered. Eventually I got a new pizza that was delicious and perfectly cooked. This time, I called and asked about progress update on my order because it had been over an hour when it was originally estimated to take 30-40 minutes. When I politely and calmly asked for an update, Madison was extremely rude and unhelpful. I then voiced my concern that my pizza would be stale/cold because it had been done and sitting there waiting to be delivered for 20-30 minutes at that point. Her response was “it’s under the light, it’ll be warm” and then she proceeded to hang up on me. Called back and cancelled our order. Asked Madison for the manager’s information and she said that she was the manager which actually isn’t true. We got the real manager’s name and will be reaching out to her as soon as she is back in the store. Overall, a horrible experience and Madison should either not be the person answering the phones if she doesn’t know how to handle customers appropriately, or she just shouldn’t work there if the owner cares about how their employees treat customers.

Wow what a pleasant visit with the girl working the register tonight June 4th at 5:59pm. Place an order online for the pick up deal at 50% off which is a great deal if she or the website honored it. I even called today at 1:46 pm to make sure they would honor the coupon in person after placing it online. Whoever I spoke to said they would honor this coupon up pickup. When I went to go get it the unpleasant experienced girl would not honor this. I told her I called earlier and asked and responded well I didn’t talk to her. I said ok. So are you going to honor the coupon? She said no. I said ok I don’t want the pizza. Started to walk out with my wife and 90% sure she called me a douche bag! I just kept going. At that point what do you do? I left a 2 star review earlier today after I placed the order. I got a phone call from someone that wanted to speak to me on why I left a 2star review. It was due to the girl who answered the phone told me to use the online coupon, I clicked on it to start my order, then was no other one to add in coupon box. Showed full price, asked if they would honor 50% off when I pick up she paused real long and said yes. She sounded new. So it already sounded a bit shaky. I get it new kids, don’t always know the promotions etc, but the girl who acted in charge and as a manager was awful. Been in the restaurant business for 35 years and eating Dominos for 40 years and never have I ever experienced this. Hope this helps someone. Hope the good people keep their jobs. Maybe something good will come out of this or not.
