We just used Vincent’s pizza truck at my home for my daughter’s first birthday and WOW!! We were so blown away – the pizzas were unbelievable with so many different options and they kept our 100 guests more than happy. Not only was the pizza amazing but the service from their workers. They were so easy going, went above and beyond, and even made my daughter a special Nutella pie to end off the day. They were all so warm and friendly, we loved working with them. From the time we reached out to them to book, they were great to communicate with & always got back to me in a timely manner. Our guests were raving about the food and we have Vincent’s to thank for that! In the future we definitely plan to use them again. Thank you so much for making our daughter’s first birthday party so memorable !!!

Shout out to a phenomenal vendor, @Vincent Demarzo, owner of Vincent’s New York- style Wood Fired Pizza. Had over 50 people for a 1 Year Old birthday party in which they knocked out of the park.
I recall a grandparent stealing a clam slice off my 1 year olds plate citing, he doesn’t appreciate how good this is just yet!
Wings, knots, mac and cheese bites were awesome add ons but the over 20 different speciality pizzas that kept coming all day long had everyone estatic.
Want a fun party experience, it’s a non brainer having them host.

Vincent’s Wood Fire Pizza truck recently visited our school, serving a variety of specialty pizzas, and it was such a great experience. My class ordered the Staten Island, the Brooklyn, the East End, the New York, and their cheesy bread.
I’ll be honest — I am not usually a pizza person. It’s rarely something I would choose on my own. But Vincent’s may have completely changed that for me. Every pizza we tried was absolutely delicious. The crust was the standout feature — perfectly crispy with zero flop, which made every bite even better.
You can truly taste the quality and care put into their pizzas. I genuinely enjoyed the entire meal, and I never thought I’d say this, but they might have turned me into a pizza lover. I’m already looking forward to the next time they visit!

Andrea and Vinny went above and beyond to make our sons 1st birthday a success. The weather was rainy and dreary but they pumped us up and reassured us that the party would be a success and they were right! EVERYONE raved about the pizzas and Italian ices. When the food is this good… it doesn’t matter what the weather is like! Everyone had a blast and it was a first birthday that everyone will remember! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

This is our second time having Vincent’s pizza truck over and it will not be the last. Their pizzas are insanely delicious, They offer a huge variety of types of pizzas and our food allergy friendly. They come over, set up in front of your driveway and within a few minutes have pizza coming out of their woodburning oven! They are always so friendly and accommodating too. Everyone was raving about their pizza!

Vincent’s pizza truck came to my job and it was a great experience. He was extremely personable and easy to work with, in order to organize the event. He showed up early and arrived exactly when he said he would, in order to make sure he could serve everyone on their breaks.
A silly thing…but really added something to the experience for me ~ was that he had some great dance music playing from the truck, as we waited and came out to get our pizza. It was sunny, Friday, and the music and pizza just really lifted your mood and you forgot you were at work for a second. Everyone said their pizza was delicious and enjoyed having a special treat while at work. I had a hard time deciding which pizza to get because they all seemed good…but I chose the Staten Island and it was delicious! Can’t wait to have the truck back again.

The owner is one of the Kindest people you’ll meet! Haven’t had a bad pie from them, I travel atleast 35 mins for Pizza and is worth every Minute in traffic!
