I come here atleast twice a week, if I were rich id come here twice a day! Im hooked on their iced gingerbread mocha and they have really good bagels too! I found this coffee shop looking for elderberry, which they keep in stock here, as well as things from other local businesses too. This is my absolute favorite coffee shop!

I came in yesterday for the first time and got the beansweet latte, the barista was nice but we stood in awkward silence when I came in with no greeting and the place was empty. The espresso tasted like old coffee and was very watery, the doughnut I got was very good though.

I frequent this place a lot, and it’s been a while since I have gone for coffee so I decided to drop in yesterday morning. They were pretty busy and I ordered an iced mocha half sweet. I was really disappointed whenever I got it because it didn’t taste like it had any coffee in it. It just tasted like a cup of milk with a tiny bit of chocolate in it. I didn’t drink it. After my purchase, I had earned a five dollar off coupon so I sent that coupon to my spouse so that he could get a coffee before work. Bean sweet is typically his favorite place to go because he does prefer a more sweetened coffee. He told me that his coffee was very mid, but what stood out to him the most was the customer service experience that he witnessed while he was there. There was a young blonde lady with long dark eyelashes working at the front and an older woman had ordered a black tea. When she tasted her tea, it was really weak and she mentioned to the young girl working at the front that it didn’t taste good. Rather than trying to truly rectify the situation, or making the woman feel validated, the young girl was kind of gaslighting her as if she has no right to complain because she put the tea bag in it. Something has changed here recently and I hope to see it go back to the way it was. Grounded and baked has been a wonderful addition to this establishment, but I do feel the coffee shop has “fallen off”. There’s a lot of other good coffee options in town, but we have always loved that “family” environment at bean sweet plus the option to get baked goods. Bean sweet should consider new methods and training when it comes to their iced coffee specifically. Other locations are unfortunately outshining them in the coffee department. I will always love and support this business, but I don’t think I’ll keep wasting money on coffee there anymore. I’d rather spend the extra $1-$3 elsewhere for a coffee that tastes like it has coffee in it.

The coffee was rich in aroma, with a smooth texture and balanced taste. The flavor lingered pleasantly, offering a satisfying finish. The staff served it promptly and with care. The warmth and consistency made it enjoyable from start to end. Overall, a cup that felt worth noting.

LOVE this coffee shop, I visit every time I am in town! They have an abundance of different flavors and combos to choose from, all sounding amazing and tons of different baked goods. Highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a cup of coffee (Reese’s Cup Iced Latte is the BEST!!)

I ordered a Carmel latte. Carmel was absent in the container. Ice cubes were used not crushed ice. The flavor was not very good. If you are expecting a nice treat I do not recommend.

I really like this place! The coffee is delicious and the staff is super nice. They have a wide variety of flavors but if you are new to coffee its not hard to choose something good. Glad I found it and will continue to go for my brew fixings!
