Vinason is a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant. Our only focus is Vietnamese food with Love. We source local and sustainable as much as possible. Our beef broth is cooked 24 hours with 100 lbs of antibiotics free pasture raised beef bones. Our steak, brisket, and meatballs are antibiotics free and hand crafted. Our tofu is non GMO and our shrimp are always wild gulf shrimp. Our fish sauce is pure anchovies and salt. Our fix siracha is organic. We can’t afford for all ingredients to be organic, but our passion to elevate Vietnamese food is. Food with Love!

I wanted to try it out after seeing they opened a location in Renton that’s kind of like a Chipotle style. The broth was decent, good but nothing really special. I really liked the brisket, it was soft and very tender. The price was pretty bad. It was $17 for one meat or $18 for two meats (which is what I got). The portion you get for the price is very terrible value in my opinion. It’s 50% more in in cost and 50% less than what you’d get at most other pho places around. Overall I’d give this a 70/100 stars a more one and done type of thing for me.

This is hands down mine & my husbands favorite Pho spot. We also crave their Bahn Mi’s all the time.
The vibe is awesome and the food has never missed. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
We’ve been here the most out of any Pho spot and we will continued to do it that way.

Group of 8, all agreed food was tasty. I had the tots which were good. My only gripe is it needed more meat. The ratio was like 10 to 1. Other than that, all good. Would recommend.

Favorite vegan pho in the greater Seattle area. The location is very clean and well kept. It is self serve but they have staff that are very lovely and able to help where needed. The pho came out very quick with a sufficient amount of of tofu (if you’re vegan, you know we never get a good serving size of tofu at most restaurants). I really enjoyed!

Went here with my sister who was visiting and had not had Banh Mi before this trip, so obviously we had to grab one (extra meat for the win) and the shrimp bites. I love the flavors of absolutely everything that we ordered. The service is always quick and the interior is quite nice, we’re always able to find a table when we come in and ordering from the kiosk is super easy. Also, they have validated parking so come by and have some great food

The food came out almost instantly which is good and bad. It literally came out 15 seconds after I ordered it…maybe 30. Nonetheless, everything from the basil and sprouts and lime to the actual noodles and broth seemed like it was ready for anyone walking up. Initially, it tasted like powder broth, but as I finished off the smaller portion, I slurped it all up because it turned out to be ok. The brisket was a bit chewy, but fine for the most part. I just wish the portion was a little larger and the basil and lime was more generous. However, they have options for extra of each for .25 which isn’t much. I’ll do that next time if I come back. It’s a very interesting “self service” format of a restaurant.

I’m not into writing reviews, but I must say that my experience here compelled me to write one. It was EXCELLENT! To me the establishment and the food have to go hand in hand in order to have a good experience eating out. Sometimes you can eat at a restaurant and have great food but the establishment itself makes you not want to go back, or vise versa, the place could be beautiful but the food taste horrible, and sometimes I just won’t go back because of terrible customer service. Those factors make all the difference in the world in order for me to say if I will be going back or not to a restaurant. This place was EXTRAORDINARY!, in the sense that it hit all the marks and some extras like… customer service and prices that I look for in choosing a restaurant, It didn’t miss a mark. Food, Customer Service, Clean Restaurant, and Great Prices. We just moved from Florida so I’m trying to find new favorite places to dine at. I absolutely loved everything about Vinason Pho Kitchen. Customer service here was extraordinary, the food was incredibly delicious, the establishment it self was beautiful and clean, and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going back, this is going to be one of our top favorite restaurants from now on.

I got pork vermicelli, but the rice noodles weren’t good. They seemed dry and not fresh, like they were made in bulk beforehand. Having the option for extra veggies at no extra cost was nice. However, the pork and fish sauce didn’t have much flavor. It was disappointing, and I wish they’d make the noodles fresh when customers order.
