Very chaotic restaurant
It’s a very beautiful place nice atmosphere nice and friendly staff but, buttt all of these kids I guess not very experienced. Poor guys trying hard to do the job but there’s no one to mange the whole thing. If you go there you will see everyone running around and just wasting time. Ppl stay in line literally 30 minutes to order their food.
After when they take order they find out they’re out of things. And then two more times changing the order.
It’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant but food literally take forever to get ready.

Arrived there at 11 but haven’t had food until 1230

It’s take forever to make fresh noodles that was they said. I ordered vegan pho but they ran out and they give me something else after literally 50 min.

You get what you pay for. High quality food and experience. Not fast but efficient.
It was nice trying the broth samples. Helps make an easier choice. Nothing worse than trying a new pho place and not enjoying the broth.

Don’t expect the big bowl on your next visit. Mine was the last one. Sounds like a slight change is coming soon.

6/5 experience

First time coming through here. I don’t think it is a bad spot for a Pho restaurant. Not as traditional as other places I have ventured to. However this is a moderate scale for pho. Pick what type of bowl you want then, you can pick your meats . They do discount you on your second protein. Which how can you say no to that. It’s kind of like a Chipotle style but I feel it’s less than that. Overall try for your self. I don’t think it’s bad. But if you want to go to a traditional place do so.

Food –
Pho – Fresh and crisp. The right amount of ingredients to make me full. I was a little inadated by how many options there were. I was also perplexed by fresh noodle choice. Get rid of that and just have the best dang noodles around. Lol Pho by itself is loved by my family for its broth and ingredients.
Summer rolls – loved them, but I could use less salad. Also superb freshness.
Peanut sauce – I love peanut sauce! Consistency was not thick enough for me, but heh it soaks into the roll for a homeowner!

Service – superb service and attention to detail speaks volumes!

Atmosphere – Delightfully clean and detailed. I just was thinking that you had a row of sauce dispensers on the wall for Pho. I was wondering – a pho restaurant that was similar to that korean BBQ joint that I went too in Charlotte, NC. To much choices. Lol. Heh I would come back for more! I would just tell the next person in line; wait for turn!

Used to LOVE this place. They recently changed their model and I honestly don’t like it at all. Wait was a lot longer, very confusing/ hectic. Why complicate something that was so simple and satisfying to the customer. Huge bummer is they also got rid of their egg rolls and vermicelli bowls!! Strictly only pho. I see how “fresh” noddles could be appealing but I’m just used to the regular noodles every other pho place has. The fresh noodles were just too soft for my preference. The only that made this experience ok was their AMAZING broth and delicious meatballs, now you can’t find those anywhere else. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this location unless they go back to the old model.

Had to pop on in and give this place a try after seeing it on IG. They allow you to sample each broth prior to choosing. Good selection of meats but extra charges for fancier meats like Wagyu, Dino bone, etc. The pricing is high for what you get. The free unlimited veggies were always empty. We had to flag down the wait staff several times for more items. Also, there are not any alternatives if you do not eat beef. Overall good concept but pricy for what you actually get.

Saw an ad about this place on social media and it looked intriquining….I live close so made a trip with a friend to try it out. You order at the counter, the service is not existent because you get everything yourself including cleaning up your own table and get your water. I LOVED the idea of trying broth before ordering.Hanoi broth I personally liked the best. The other one was a bit too sweet for my taste. I should have ordered extra noodles because the amount of noodles I had in my pho by default was just sad. Food was served in a tiny Ramen type bowl.. Not a whole lot of steak either. My food ended up being around $17. For some reason it felt like the broth we ended up getting was watered down from what we originally tried at first. My friend agreed with me. Overall this was probabaly one of the worst most expensive pho I’ve ever had. On top of it I think the owner was walking around blasting his phone conversation on loudspeaker while me and my friend were trying to have a conversation. I left hungry and don’t think will ever be back.

Just tried their new opening and broth focused pho-potle concept.
The new broth is actually exceptionally good.
Can confidently say as a Vietnamese that this is one of if not the best broth in the greater Seattle area.
And yes I’ve tried pho from places from lynnwood all the way down to auburn.

The wide noodles are bouncy and fresh. The Wagyu meat was also tender and price justified//worth the upgrade.

I’ve been a frequent weekly customer for the past 2-almost 3 years. I was excited for this renovation but after experiencing it, I hate to say I probably won’t be going back. They gutted the menu, there is only pho, no side dishes, bahn mi’s or bowls. I ordered pho with brisket and meatball and the total came out to $30. I have never spent more than $20 for a bowl of pho. I understand the price jump given their wider range of options and expensive meats but I just can’t justify spending $30 for a bowl of pho when 3 weeks ago their base bowl was $17 with no adds(which is already pricey given the amount you get). I don’t understand this pivot to be more authentic. Vinason is not known for their authenticity. They’re known as a quick and easy Viet spot and they obviously had a lot of success with this model. Now its not as quick, not as easy and more expensive. I can only see this hurting their business, driving out loyal customers with insane price jumps and by gutting their menu. It doesn’t make sense to me, but it’s not my restaurant so I guess I can’t see their vision.

Saw this place on social media and was intrigued. I ordered the dino but for some odd reason the young man fixing my bowl kept insisting that I don’t get the dino bowl as I was only paying for bone. He then proceeded to penny pinch the meat pile and gave me 4 small slices of beef. I also got a portion of waygu beef and a similar bowl for my wife as well. I then asked for some oxtail and was given 1 piece. The total for 2 bowls and 1 small piece of oxtail was $80!!!
Great concept and I actually like the broth I got but it was extremely overpriced for what we got.
Unfortunately this experience will not bring us back. Maybe these reviews will reach the owner and he’ll understand portion to price ratio. We left hungry and had to make a stop to satiate our appetite. The prices are very deceptive as we paid 80 for 2 bowls that only contained 2 different proteins. No receipt was offered either.
