Wonderful 1st time experience! Loved my bluegrass blackberry salad. I added chicken as my protein and paired it with a homemade bluberry maple lemonade.
Not a fan of the parchment paper trays… I dropped one of my salads trying to get my beverages. (There is not enough counter space.)
Luckily, the staff was quick to assist. Juan rushed to sweep it up, and Sapphire memorized the order and immediately remade it. Overall, it was great experience and amazing customer service.

I had always driven past this place but have never tried it. Finally got to give it a go, and I ordered the Harvest Kale salad. A main ingredient (3rd listed) is supposed to be sweet potato. Not a potato too be seen! I was a little bummed because I chose this salad for the sweet potato, not too mention that I spent over $15 (things included tip & $1.50 chips) for a pickup. I guess I should have checked the salad before I left! I still give 4 stars because the person behind the counter was very nice, and the salad was still good.

Disappointed with Portions at This Location.
I’ve been a loyal fan of Vinaigrette for years and have visited several locations in Lexington (used to live there). While the prices are on the higher end, I’ve always felt it was worth it because of the generous portions and quality ingredients. However, my experience at the Louisville Paddock location has been super disappointing.
They’re incredibly stingy with their portions—my last salad barely filled half the bowl. I’m paying the same price as I would in Lexington, but getting way less food. It honestly feels like I’m getting ripped off, and it’s frustrating when you expect consistency across locations. I love Vinaigrette, but this location really needs to step it up.

This place may be the best salad restaurant in town. The staff is always friendly, and they have a great selection of salad options. They definitely need a better rewards system instead of stickers, but the food is amazing! The Acapulco Caesar is one of my favorites!

New to the area and found this place and it was so fresh and delicious! Their honey balsamic dressing is amazing. If anyone knows a good salad… I take pride in saying it has to be me! I did a custom built salad and it was truly perfect. Cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, sliced grape tomatoes, mixed greens, and chickpeas! Also, the staff working this morning was so kind! I’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant was clean and the service was very good. The salads were fresh and tasty (Harvest Kale and Bluegrass Blackberry). However I am giving it 3 stars as the portions are so small !! $8.95 for my salad, and I had to make a sandwich as I was still starving! Funny thing is…I have a VERY small appetite, so that’s saying something!!
