The Vietnamese spring rolls tasted authentic and were clearly made fresh. The only downside was that the fish sauce seemed quite watered down.

We order a pho beef and every single piece of meat has fat on it… I asked the worker and she says next time order lean which don’t have on their menu! Horrible soup I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Food is fine. Cutlery how ever sucks. I ordered lemongrass pork, meat was tough and make it even worse cutlery bends and doesnt cut meat in half. They should invest on wooden spoons, fork and knives.

Even bad Vietnamese is usually passable. This was so bad with no redeeming qualities. Food was inedible. Super salty (like weirdly salty) and lacking in anything remotely Vietnamese (no pickled vegetable, no peanuts, etc…nothing was good) Way too expensive. Poorly cooked (noodles were way over cooked mush) Salad Roll was hard and flavourless. The allure of the modern aesthetic and seemingly happy staff really sucked us in. Money down the drain.

2 stars for food and 0 for service. We have eaten here a few times when they first opened. The portion size was decent and the food was average. I happened to be at the mall twice in a a row recently and was craving lemon grass chicken. The first time, as I approached the place, the lady at the front was busy doing something, she saw me but didn’t bother acknowledge me and continued to do her thing at the other end. After about a minute, I had lost patience and was just about to leave, and she came over to the ordering side and just stood there. Still no acknowledgment. I said hi and proceeded to place my order and the lady just stared at me. I thought perhaps she didn’t hear me, so I repeated my order. She just looked at me and said “No”. Not understanding what the no meant, Im looking for some details, she just walked away. What a bizarre experience. Lol
The following day, we ended up ordering the lemongrass chicken meal. This time it was served by the tall guy who I’ve seen there since day 1. He was nice enough but the food was really bad. The noodles were overcooked and soggy. The chicken barely warm (instead of keeping directly on the warmer, the chicken was in a bowl on top of the warmer – this is also a food safety issue). Thoroughly disappointed by this location. Will definitely not be going back.

June 25, 2024 at 1:15pm. I know everyone has it’s own issues in life but the staff looks so miserable, nit a smile and not even asking. I know what I want but regardless, there is no service at all. Not going for food in this place again. I do not recommend to anyone.

I got food here and a drink at freshly squeezed. The cashier was very friendly and the lemongrass pork is so yummy. I’m not entirely sure what the food on the top is (it’s like a crispy roll with meat inside) but it’s amazing and flavorful. I love it And thoughtful of them to include water!

I’m from the States, and AMEX is the only card I have. The older cashier lady told me the transaction fee was too high and that she wasn’t making any money from it. She even confronted why I didn’t pay in cash. It was really uncomfortable.

Ordered Pho beef for my daughter. The meat was cooked and tasteless with lots of fat. Broth didn’t taste good, there were no bean sprouts or basil and I had to request they provide hoisin sauce. Only decent thing was noodles.

This is by far the worst Vina ever!!! Don’t eat here!!! Wonton noodle soup was disgusting! $10 for 4 spoon fulls of noodles and wontons that were falling apart or already ripped up. They added a lemon in it as well to mask the taste. THEY NEVER PUT LEMON IN IT! Trust me they are not upholding their franchise standards. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! 100% they paid for people to write good reviews or asked their friends and family to help them.
