Terrible customer service!
They have an app so you won’t have to deal with people and the delivery drivers don’t wear masks despite a pandemic so make sure you have one handy at least, but when there website isn’t working (as it wasn’t earlier) you can’t order until it’s up again or you have to pay in cash. And the super helpful response from the lady who answered when I explained that the website wasn’t working and I had tried multiple times was “yes it is”.
As long as you aren’t having to deal with anyone who actually works there, the food is alright but nothing extraordinary.

Our order included onion rings, fries, chicken tenders, tuna melt, mushroom cheeseburger and pizza. Our order arrived promptly and still very warm. Everything was absolutely delicious! Will be ordering from this restaurant again!

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Long story short…. accepted an online order. Charged my card. Sent me a confirmation txt with a 45 min wait time. Hour and a half later no food. I call over and over again. THEY ARE CLOSED. Owner was there tho and screening calls cause when I started to leave a message he answered. Said they were closed and would refund me Monday. Excuse me? It’s sat. You will refund me in 2 days? I paid a $2 convenience fee on top of a $2 delivery fee. Wasnt convenient and nothing was delivered. Horrible horrible horrible business man who then hung up on me. His fb posts says everyone was understanding but one. That’s me ♀️ I’m the one cause if you can take my money while closed you can refund me while closed!!!!

Ordered a small pizza. Stepped outside for 5 minutes. Watched another customer walk in and order. Decide to go back in and wait. Waiting… waiting… waoting… Still no pizza…. A few minutes later they brought the customer, who came in and ordered more than me and after me, his food. And then told me it’ll be a few more minutes.. like I didn’t just watch them play favorites with another customer. Will not go here again.

I don’t know what all these reviews saying anything good about this place . But I just ordered from there. Veal cutlet sub. Also eggplant sub….. very very dry with no Sause. It was frozen breaded veal patty. very cheap with the cheese. Tasted like like I just microwaved it from the freezer. That’s not all. two subs and a large onion ring cost me $28.00. they charged 2.00 delivery and 2.00 convenience fee. I AM ANGERY. IWAS RIPPED. No wonder Ware is rated poor.

I wanted pizza like I got when I lived in the Springfield area. True Italian tasting pizza. Here is where I found it. Delicious! Also, their cheeseburger melt with fried onions was great. So yummy. Will be back again and again.

It was one of the best places to eat in town but has gone down hill over the last year. Was a nice place for a sit down meal but now you eat with paper plates and plastic silverware. I used to get the antipasto sealed and it was huge now it’s just ok. I don’t frequent this place any longer.

I tries to call multiple times for over an hour as I had heard Villa’s was the only place that used ricotta in their calazone. No answer after 10 trys on a Friday night so they lost at least 150.00. This is not the1st issue so this will b my last with them. Very unprofessional for a restaurant especially during covid when u would think they could use the business!!!!! Thumbs down! Go to Niko’s very accommodating and helped last minute!!!!!

Villa is great! I haven’t been there in a long time. I’ve been going to all of the other pizza places around and couldn’t find anyone really good. Until now, I’m so happy I tried them again. I will be ordering pizza from Villa from now on!
