A family owned place so that’s a big plus for me right away. The staff greets everyone with a warm and genuine welcome, fake ones are easy to spot.
The menu is simple and easily explained by the employees, especially for someone like me who’s never been here before.
The food was absolutely delicious, it was hot and cooked just right.
The dining room, the restroom, and the kitchen are very clean.
I highly recommend this place, give them a try, you will not regret it!

I was very disappointed with my order tonight. My veggies were basically raw and gave no onions and all the stems to the cabbage they can find..I definitely wasn’t satisfied with my meal..

I’ve eaten at several Terriyaki Maddness locations and never had an issue until today. It was gross. Just gross. The chicken and broccoli were perfectly cooked, but they dumped about a cup of water and sauce in it! It was SOUP. Disgusting. U could not taste the chicken, rice, or broccoli. It ruined my meal. It would have been great if they didn’t make it rice soup. I couldn’t even eat the rice. It was a mushy mess. The only flavor was salty sauce, which was a bit watery. Every when eating the chicken potstickers, all I could still taste was the sauce as it stuck around. It was very salty, too. See pics. I have zero desire to return to a Teriyaki Madness after this visit. I lowered the score for atmosphere bc the staff were standing around the kitchen area chatting and the tables were almost all dirty with sauce and sticky stuff. They were not cleaned. Somehow my food was done within about 3-4 mins. I ordered it as I turned off Dam Neck are and into the plaza. I parked and walked in, yet somehow it was already done, packaged, and sitting in the hot box for pickup. No way was it made fresh. I couldn’t tell since it was soup, not a Teriyaki chicken a rice and broccoli stir fry. It was not worth the $20+ I spent for my lunch. I would not return based on this visit.

Place was busy with people waiting on orders, so I was hopeful the food would be good. Tried the orange chicken. It was flavorful but completely soggy. I expected it to be crunchy like most orange chicken dishes, but it was just soggy, coated chicken mixed in orange sauce. Disappointed to say the least. I hope that is not how it’s supposed to be, and this was not just a one off.

I love this place. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the veggie bowl in not on the app (spouse is a vegetarian). We have to come inside to order it. Cannot order it ahead of time on the app or for Mad Dash. Other than that, this place is awesome!! Give it a try and you will be a repeat visitor!

The service was pleasant. The place was clean.
They cook the food as you order it so you do have to wait a few minutes to get it . But when they brought it out , it was piping hot. I got the orange chicken and it was a little different than what I’m accustomed to , but it was good. The bowl was proportioned well. I really liked the veggies in it and the noodles.

Food was excellent but I feel Hustled. Food pricing was not Correct according to Menu board. Ordered 2 Proteins(15.49) Salmon and Orange Chicken with a base of Yakisoba Noodles($1.29), and added spicy Tofu( $2.79) as an Extra, eggroll, and Large Drink($3.99). However, they still Charged me $2 more for Salmon. Explain please. Pics of receipt and Menu Board. I wonder how long this has been going on and how much money Has been taken this way.

I’ve eaten at Teriyaki Madness about 5–6 times, and unfortunately this is the second time I’ve gotten really sick with food poisoning after eating here. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first incident, but getting sick again is unacceptable.
Food safety and consistency are extremely important, and based on my experience, this location has been a serious issue in that area. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend eating here. They also have a tendency of serving soupy rice and chicken, and they are pricey for average food.
