Service was excellent. When your server treats you well, it makes a big difference in my decision here. Atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. It has a dive-vibe, which I like. The pizza toppings were fresh and good-quality. I ordered the Laci. I enjoyed the sweet and spicy combination. The crust was a bit lacking… almost no flavor. Overall, I’ll be back. They’re garlic knots were delicious

Everyone talks so highly about this place, but the pizza tasted funny… We got the aloha pizza with thin crust, and it had a weird tap water taste to it, or it kinda tasted like they had new kitchen appliances, and the taste of the appliance cooked into the pizza… it was hard to pin point exactly what the taste was, but that’s what we tasted. The atmosphere and the service was great!

Haven’t had pizza in forever! This place is spot on. Was doing some errands at the court house and when the closed and locked the building at noon I went across the street and had a wonderful personal pizza. You need to get there early as the place gets packed. Nice sized portions, friendly staff and clean facility. Will be going back when in that part of town.

Ordered online, my daughter went to pick it up. She asked the girl specifically if our marinara sauce was in there and she said it should be. She also asked if she could purchase another marinara and the girl just walked away. My daughter should’ve opened the box got ,all the way home and it wasn’t there not only that, but the girl was extremely rude, and now they don’t answer the phone because they’re too busy. We paid for the marinara and didn’t get it. We live too far away to go back just for that.

Place can get very busy, for good reason. I grew up in St. Louis, and held St. Louis style pizza above all else for a very long time, but this place has dethroned my beloved Imo’s pizza. Just absurdly good food. Pizza is great, both regular and thin crust. Try the fire & ice wings. You won’t regret.

This was our first time dining at Village Pizza. It was absolutely delicious. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the lack of side choices for sandwiches. The menu does not contain any kind of fries which is usually our go to with a sandwich.

Great place to eat for pizza. The Athens Square is a nice place to walk around waiting for a table. Our go to pizza place even though we live in Madison.
