We didn’t even eat the pizza we each took one bite and couldn’t eat more. The pizza was soggy and soaked in grease. The crust was ok but the pizza tasted like something had gone bad with one of the ingredients. Couldn’t figure out if it was the sauce the cheese or the dough but it tasted sour. Never again

Ordered a pizza from here for the first time since Covid. They used to have the best pizza in town. Not sure what happened , but this pizza was not good. It wasn’t anything special or difficult; just a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese. The things that were good: lots of cheese. Things that were NOT good: sausage was burnt, crust edge was good, but dough was soggy. Sauce was almost a purple color and had a weird flavor. Threw most of it out. I’ll think that I will stick with Pizza Works.

I have eaten at least 20 large pineapple and bacon pizzas at village in North Adams. I have never been disappointed. I’m amazed at how good it is tonight. It’s like perfect, it’s literally the perfect pizza! You figure the hometown of the Ninja Turtles would have the best pizza!

I ordered a Veggie deluxe pizza with a Greek salad. The Greek salad was very good but the pizza, which had a lot of veggies on it, wasn’t cooked enough so some veggies were not cooked also there wasn’t much sauce or cheese on the pizza.
The pizza was smothered with veggies but lost the pizza concept and became veggies on a piece of pizza crust.
I did call the business, spoke to someone who actually did the order put in last night but did not really feel that they understand customer satisfaction.
Not sure about a repeat order…..

We bought pizza last night. It looked great, the toppings were good and the crust seemed fresh but there was an overwhelming taste of alcohol, couldn’t tell if it was the sauce or some strange chemical that made its way in the pizza but we only could eat a few bites of the pizza. Fried pickles were undercooked inedible, and the mozzy sticks were on the cold side… hopefully you guys can come back from this because the pizza really did seem like good quality but that alcohol taste was just too overwhelming.

Im sad to even have to give this review one star. My mother order a pizza last night for delivery from here when the driver arrived to her apartment building she refused to deliver the pizza to my mothers door. She then made my mom leave the building and walk down the street to the drivers car while she sat in the car to get her pizza. Then would not refund the delivery fee for their POOR service. THEN THE PIZZA WAS COLD. I Will never be ordering from this place again.
