Visited Worcester and was hungry but I regret ordering food from this mediocre place i ordered a Philly steak and cheese pizza because I saw there pictures and it did look really good. But what I got was far from the photo. It had no unions no peppers and no mushrooms and ontop of that barely any steak. I called and complained and they had the nerve to tell me I didn’t order the pizza with all those ingredients.. like wth.. I shouldn’t have to the name of the pizza speaks for itself so I told them they need to make it right so they told me not to touch the one they sent me and they were gonna send out a new one which was not even close to what they show you I there menu pictures. The pizza couldn’t of been more thin and it seems like they count how many pieces of the ingredients they put on there pizza the worst is I can’t at least say it tasted good. Smh very poor quality

This has always been one of my favorite places to grab food. One of my favorite meals they make is the Cajun ranch chicken sub. I haven’t been able to find this sub anywhere else. And the way they do it it’s just so good. So good.

11/14/2025 Update: I am sorry to say that their pizzas have gone downhill, especially their all meat. Their all meat pizza used to look and taste the same EVERY time we ordered it. Over that last 2 months it’s become a soggy grease fest. I asked the drivers and even called the store to ask if they’ve changed cooks or have multiple cooks, etc … I was told “nothing has changed”. I ordered this pizza this past Monday and it arrived just like it used to…. PERFECT. Now tonight’s all meat is SOOOOO greasy, you pick up a slice and it instantly hangs down. If they don’t improve then I’m sad to say that they’ll lose 2 customers and my mother and I will find somewhere else to order from.
Tonight’s food order from Vernon Pizza has been my first in about 10 years and the food is still GREAT! We ordered (via their online ordering site) 2 Haddock dinners for delivery. Was told by the website that it would be 45-55 mins. It showed up in 25. The fish was excellent. The only oops was they forgot The cole slaw for both dinners. I called them up and they were extremely cordial about it and had the same delivery driver bring it out to us. (Not worth losing a review start over). As for their online ordering, from signing up to finishing the orderv was a breeze. Fairly neat and organized design. Just needs a little tweaking. We ordered almost 3 hours ago and their “live order tracking” feature still shows our order as “being made”.
Other than that, after 10 years or so, you still have held up your tradition of serving great food and have superb staffing. WELL DONE! WILL BE BACK FOR CERTAIN… And sooner then another decade.

So… I was reminded today on why I stopped ordering from Vernon Pizza… this was the salad I got with my order… 1 piece of tomato, 1 slice of cucumber, 1 piece of green pepper, 4 small piece of red cabbage, 5 small pieces of onion and about of 1/4 cup of lettuces, if that… oh and 4 small piece of shredded carrot I found at the bottom…

I always enjoy having a good pizza shop in the neighborhood, and after moving here in 2023 I started frequenting here. Pizza is great, not greasy, and anytime I’ve asked for it to be well done, it was done well.
My only issue is that I’ve noticed when I order online for a delivery and get extra meat on a sub, they charge me for it, but I receive the same amount of meat as a regular.

A small pizza place with a lot of choices. Pizza tastes amazing but my favorite is their tuna melt. Lots of veggie toppings to choose from. They also have a pretty good appetizer menu as well as desserts. For soda/drinks, they have 2 liters and 20 Oz. Very friendly staff. I didn’t feel rushed, and even when there were many people waiting ( it was just busy at the time, not crowded) and they remembered who ordered what.
