I have always enjoyed Village Inn but haven’t had it in quite awhile trying to lose a few pounds but decided to treat myself tonight. I want to support local but this was terrible, cold pizza that was sloppily done and ingredients weren’t good at all. Didn’t bring out fresh pizza, prices have gone up, they just need to close this location, no quality at all.

I have always loved Village Inn not this time decided to spaghetti noodles were so soggy they taste like water and the sauce was not a sauce it was just canned tomatoes dumped out and called sauce no seasoning no taste other metal can tomato’s

Fantastic experience. I wanted anchovies on my pizza, and y’all didn’t have any. The young man making the pizza ( I wish I would have gotten his name, he was very pleasant) he actually went next door to Ingles and bought some and made me a pizza of my choice. Excellent! The food is amazing and the manager is awesome, 100 percent better experience since new management has taken over! Pizza is constantly fresh and nothing is being left on the bar for long periods of time, salad bar is also nice and neat abd freshly stocked.

Poor service. While waiting in the long line, the cashier gets into a LONG drawn out conversation with the person at the front of the line. Most of it not having to do with ordering food. Then just allows this person at the front of the line to just stand there and mess with her cash in her hand trying to decide how she wants to pay.
When we finally reach the front of the line the cashier asks if we would like to leave a tip. WHAT?!? The cashier greatly extends our wait, she is doing NOTHING to speed up the process and then asks for a tip? If I stand to order, there is NO tip. I get my food myself, I get my drinks myself. My re-fills myself and you want a tip!!! Open up a second register so I can order and sit down instead of listening to the cashier and employee talk nonsense to each other and I will think about it.

Returned here on 9/8/2017 and it was so bad ive come back to lower my rating, i was here at 5pm, I sat for 16 min before any pizza was served one cheese pizza and one sausage ( i dislike both), and another 10 min before anything else come out. it was all gone so fast anyone with manners got none. the young boy up from was to busy flirting with a table of girls that was obviously there just to see him and not customers to do any work. we left without getting food, and the shift leader just said we are getting pizza out soon and im sorry but would not refund our money even though we did not get to eat! They leave old pizza out way to long, and take far to long to get new pizza out. I’ve visited this place at least a dozen times. The staff is not very friendly and buss boy almost run over my wife with his cart. On a plus my visit on 7/18/2017 around 6 pm the person making the pizza was on point and threw out a few pizza fast. While the rest of the staff was dragging out tables and making the rest of the patrons feel rushed. 90% of the time you see two people working hard and everyone else standing around doing nothing.
