The pizza was not good. And I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be $9.95 . But I was charged $24.??. I told I wanted to know why it cost that when I ordered the special and It had the same thing as the pizza I ordered. But they charged me more for it. And the people who were waiting on me were very rude and hateful. I will never go there again. And would not recommend that place to anyone. I’m sorry about that I love village inn pizza but it want be from there.

The staff were very friendly, and explained how the menu and the buffet worked without hesitation. The staff was very friendly throughout our meal. The pizza was pretty good, and was fresh. I definitely recommend the desert pizzas.

I will never go back. Got the buffet..3 cold partial pizzas. Spaghetti noodles and watered down red sauce. Drinks !! LOL. They gave me styrofoam cups. No one and I mean NO ONE did anything and they actually asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I’ve been to other village in a. None are this bad.

One of the worst buffet experiences I can remember. Paid $25 for 2 of us to enjoy cold pizza that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. Had to wait 25 min for a fresh one. Not busy. Workers passive, slow, unmotivated. Why would anyone return? How is it still in business?

An empty buffet. We paid for an empty buffet. As soon as they would bring out a pizza, the waiting crowd would snag it up. I’m not sure why because it was mediocre pizza at best. The salad portion of the buffet was brown and wilty looking. The vegetable soup was basically spaghetti sauce with some carrots thrown into it. It was a fundraiser night, and everyone was there to support our kids, but it was just frustrating to literally have no pizza. We also ordered a menu item. They never brought it out or called out that it was ready. We finally asked about it. The order was then cold as well as incorrect. We will not be back.

Returned here on 9/8/2017 and it was so bad ive come back to lower my rating, i was here at 5pm, I sat for 16 min before any pizza was served one cheese pizza and one sausage ( i dislike both), and another 10 min before anything else come out. it was all gone so fast anyone with manners got none. the young boy up from was to busy flirting with a table of girls that was obviously there just to see him and not customers to do any work. we left without getting food, and the shift leader just said we are getting pizza out soon and im sorry but would not refund our money even though we did not get to eat! They leave old pizza out way to long, and take far to long to get new pizza out. I’ve visited this place at least a dozen times. The staff is not very friendly and buss boy almost run over my wife with his cart. On a plus my visit on 7/18/2017 around 6 pm the person making the pizza was on point and threw out a few pizza fast. While the rest of the staff was dragging out tables and making the rest of the patrons feel rushed. 90% of the time you see two people working hard and everyone else standing around doing nothing.

I have dined in at this location many times. The food is always good but the atmosphere is lacking in appeal. The salad bar was in horrible shape with food items strewn all over the bar. Empty tables were not cleared of dirty dishes – this is par for the course at this location. Had I been a health inspector I would have given a below satisfactory food grade. With few locations in West Statesville to eat, can’t you please make this location more attractive for dine in patrons?

Ordered a pizza to pick up and was told it would be 20 minutes. I went in after 20 minutes, paid for my order and was told it was almost ready. I waited while other customers came in and placed their orders; twice the cashier yelled to the back to see if my order was ready. I watched while pizzas were made, cooked, and taken to the buffet. I asked the cashier to please check on my order. They looked around and discussed it, and finally decided they never made it – or maybe they did and gave it to someone else. Who knows? They didn’t. I asked for a refund and they refunded the price of my pizza. I had also paid for a to-go salad which I took with me. But no compensation for the wait or poor service.
