Soon as I got too the menu the guy on the headset was talking. We waited there about 10 minutes listening to him because we wasn’t able to turn around. Finally he took our order but he was doing most of the talking. Meaning he was trying to order for us. We told him we wanted a whopper with cheese, bacon, pickles and onions. Once I got my food it was cold and sloppy with no cheese. The meat looked fake, the bacon wasn’t done. . I wanted my money back. One lady wanted to remake my food. I said no.. I don’t play like that just run me my funds please. Because I’m never coming back. One lady was nice of enough to make sure I got my funds back and I so appreciate that..

Food is consistent and yummy, what you expect when ordering from Burger King. Service is usually lacking to the point of rudeness and that is why I give this establishment 3 stars. One time, the young man taking my order was very nice and polite so I asked to tell the manager. She acted like I was crazy. I’m not sure if she was surprised I would ask to give a compliment or if she was surprised that I thought her staff rude. Either way, she ended up making me regret that I had said anything at all.

This burger king had so much potential to be one of the best BK out there but yet their customer service when order is being taken at the drive thru is terrible…”anything else” after every item or combo I’m trying to order but yet I feel rushed when I’m trying to order for a family which can make me miss something. At least say ok or end with a suggested sale. Drive thru time would be good for window if you chew up time at the drive thru giving your backliners enough time make food and ready as soon the customer pulls up to the window.
