For such an impeccably clean location with awesome food and service why is nobody supporting here!? Such a great experience just wish it wasn’t across town from where we live. The village inn in Rio Rancho seems to close earlier and earlier which makes it hard to support. We will definitely be back here especially for the celebrity chef salad and the no sugar apple pie!!! Sorry I didn’t get pics of the salad before digging in i was hungry but presentation was spot on!

Ivy was an amazing waitress at Village Inn! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Welcomed by the manager, was sat down promptly, my server was very welcoming and took my order immediately. Then the food skillet came out and the potatoes, sausage and bacon was cold. The only thing warm were the eggs and the actual skillet so was unfortunately a disappointment but so close to great. Thank-you.

Thank you! Always satisfied, never disappointed. I was a little surprised they allow full size dogs in the restaurant. He was begging for food and whimpering the whole time. Wasn’t a service dog. They said he was there for emotional support. I didn’t see any signs of danger. Probably not returning to this location due to new pet policy. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. So I guess 5 stars all the way.

I’m not sure how our server Rachelle is still employed. She was anything but friendly. We weren’t greeted with positive attitude and smiles. We felt we were inconvenient for her to serve. Any requests for water or other items was met with a disappointed sigh from her. I asked for hot tea and was served a tea bag with a pot of coffee instead of water. It took a long time to get the tea. When I did get the tea the plate it was served on was dirty. I watched her argue with a customer next to us about what they had ordered. I truly don’t understand how she still has this job. Her attitude ruined our dining experience. She was visibly inconvenienced by me asking to split the bill after she brought us 1 check without even asking if it was split. We didn’t recieve refills and we were never asked how our meals were. Even asking for a Togo box was clearly an inconvenience to her. I’ll make sure to make the drive to another location from now on. I hope they make the choice to discipline this type of behavior towards customers.

I am absolutely disgusted at not only the service I received, but witnessed. Ed the elderly man that wears glasses was my server, I haven’t felt more uncomfortable in my entire life, the fact that this man hasn’t been arrested for not only the sexual comments he says but the off the wall comments that are down right rude! If he thinks he’s doing a good job then he stands alone, he tries too hard, and its clear, I can say with confidence that if my father in law was at the table things would have ended on a very rough note, no one deserves to be treated like an animal, the way he made me and my friend feel. lastly as I was being sexually harassed by my server I noticed an older woman with the biggest frown I have ever seen, I smiled at her because I thought something was wrong but she immediately looked away, didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work but was being forced to be there, I will NOT be coming back, and will take my family elsewhere until these two individuals are no longer stepping on the comfort and safety of those who just desire to eat, not given what seems like a perverted clown act. It’s sad that I have to value the safety and sanity of my family over simply having breakfast.

You are the General Manager at this location and for good reason. You sir, know how to treat a guest. We have had several interactions and even through the mistake with my plate, you were AMAZING. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the customer service you provide. It was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to have met you in person today John. Thank you for the impeccable service and also thank the AMAZING young lady that assisted me with the orange juice. She is going to be such an amazing addition. Great attitude and personality. Higher management thinks not wearing gloves to prepare food is sanitary, his name is John Baca, he’s a tyrant who gets paid to sit around without doing actual work, and it’s definitely catching up with him. The cooks are great and very talented, they just lack in food safety standards, the only cook that never had to be called out, was a gentleman named Joseph, most improved at Village Inn. A list of the good servers are as follows, Chrystal, Edgar, Tomas, JD, Jacob, Amy, Michelle, Brittany, and Sam will always give you an experience to remember and can’t forget the best host they negate to give the time, because she’s worth more, Davie. any other server is just money hungry and only cares about the tip you give them, not the quality of of the service they provide, so choose wisely next time you decide to dine at ole village inn, where the cooks are pampered and have attitudes and throw a temper tantrum if they don’t get it the way the want, and depending on your server, fake service.
