Shelby was amazing. Checked for gluten in items on their menu for my friend. Offered substitutions without being asked to. Constantly checked for our tea water. Offered several selections for teas. Food was amazing. Manager came and checked things were alright.

04/24/25- I have never been disappointed in stopping at a Village Inn until now. The food came out after a long wait. The waffle was warm at best and doughy on the inside, my omelette had so much oil on it and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Pie was awesome as always but our server needs some training. Get it together Cheyenne!

Food was great, astomsphere was good, only one complaint. Our server walked passed us on multiple occasions without checking on us. We said we needed a minute to order we ended up waiting around 10 minutes and had to flag them down. Then we needed a box and tried to flag them down again but completely ignored our party when we knew he saw us.

Ii am very upset, since I never have an issue. I got the country fried steak breakfast w/ eggs over easy w/ extra gravy. I added mushrooms, onions and salsa for my hash browns. I got sunny side up eggs, absolutely no gravy, no salsa, no onions and 2 pieces of mushroom. Really? I know the cooks get overwhelmed on weekends, but this is there job. My partner is a cook. Geese! Read your tickets! My order should have been checked before leaving the kitchen and checked again before it went out w/Washer. I called and the person the answered lacked empathy and wasn’t apologetic, said will get me over to Manager. Dead silence hold, like 5 mins. Then Rachel answered. Can Rachel be the only professional here. Rachel was apologetic, empathize and offered options for the issue. I got the credit, because I do like Village Inn and it long standing rep. Rachel advised she will touch base with the cooks. All I can say is good luck Rachel, your staff needs work. Great professional service Rachel! FYI…my food was cold, not sure if it was Village Inn or the Dashe, but Dasherd should be using a thermo bag. Restaurants should not let orders leave without one.

I am talking about Drew, I am not really a regular, but he knows what I like to always eat.
Drew has so much personality and he knows how to interact warmly with each and every customer…honestly I go there to eat because I know he will meet my expectations.

We happen to stop in as we were traveling through. This place is amazing. The food was great! The service was impeccable! Everyone we came in contact with was so nice! If you find yourself in Cheyenne this place is worth the stop! Hey I mean I HD breakfast for dinner, that is always a plus!
