There are so many overinflated restaurants in the Springs now. This has always been one of our favorite places because it’s busy but not “2 to 3 hour wait” busy or “make a reservation two days before” busy. It’s always just had a nice flow of traffic. It’s been a while since we’ve been here because we moved to the South. During a recent visit, we wanted to hit up our favorite Village Inn. I couldn’t believe the upgrades they’ve made, both cosmetically and to their menu. The food was phenomenal and service exceptional. We went twice and were only in town for two days. Highly recommend!

The place is very clean and well lit. Great seating selections. I had an omelet, hash browns and sourdough toast and flavor was EXCELLENT. All the staff was friendly and smiling and happy to be there.
Had a piece of Banana Cream Pie, so fresh and DELICOUS. Prices are SUPER affordable.
Gianna C. was my waitress and she was WONDERFUL. Ask for her table and you will not be disappointed.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Holy cow. Best and I mean BEST Village Inn experience. I got a cheeseburger and it was absolutely great! Hot chocolate was a 11/10 because it was AMAZING! Waiter was very kind as well. The whole place looked fancy! Would definitely recommend this place to someone that’s hungry while their car is being fixed or is just buying one. Everything was PERFECT!! (Great view next to windows too)

It seems like it wasn’t that long ago Colorado Springs had 7 or 8 Village Inns and now we’re down to just the two. Fortunately, the one on Duryea is close to our house so we still get over there a couple times a month for breakfast. They just finished a remodel and we like what they’ve done. It seems like it’s more open, with an increase in seating capacity, new tables, chairs, and booths, along with new flooring. We’ve heard some people aren’t thrilled, but we are fine with it. The food is still good, as is the service. On this visit my wife got the Country Music Star Omelette, but substituted green chili for the sausage gravy. I ordered the Ultimate Skillet with a side of green chili. We both thought our selections were very good, and the portion sizes and prices still seem reasonable. I think we’ll both be happy that we still have a Village Inn close by and that they’re trying to make it better, instead of complaining. So yeah, we’re recommending the Village Inn on Duryea!

My husband and I haven’t been here in a while and what a treat it was tonight. Couldn’t have asked for a better server than Lauren. So sweet, pleasant, and attentive. The whole staff was great. Kia took the time to come by to see how our dinner was. Our food was great, so hats off to the chefs! We’ll definitely be back more often. Thanks again!!

The peanut butter pie was almost as amazing as our server Jaquita. She was friendly and quick. I so appreciate her kindness and how she added to the great experience we’ve come to expect every time we dine there.

Stopped for breakfast after dropping off my car for service. Food was yummy. Our server, Sara, was wonderful. Love the new look and feel. Would like to see a senior menu but that does not deminish our experience. Stop by, you won’t be disappointed!!

I recently visited the Village Inn and was absolutely delighted with my dining experience. The food was outstanding, with a variety of dishes that catered to every taste. I particularly enjoyed the pies, which were both delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere at the inn was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for a relaxing meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The combination of great food and affordable prices made for a truly enjoyable visit. I highly recommend the Village Inn to anyone looking for a satisfying and budget-friendly dining experience.

I have visited many Village Inn locations across the United States, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. The food was very plain and lacked flavor, with nothing that stood out as memorable. Additionally, the eggs and hash browns were undercooked, which further impacted the overall quality of the meal.
The service was slower than anticipated, especially considering the restaurant was not busy at the time. I ordered sourdough toast, but it arrived untoasted and tasted more like regular white bread than sourdough.
Overall, the experience did not align with what I have come to expect from other Village Inn locations. There are several nearby breakfast options, such as First Watch or Urban Egg, that may offer a more satisfying dining experience.
